Especially for the people who don't have much idea about fitness and nutrition. People are becoming afraid of food(especially carbs/fats). That's the sole reason why I decided to start my youtube channel last month. Even if i can bring some positivity i one person's life, i will feel happy.
Very informative video but I feel the calorie calculations for the recipes where ghee or oil is used were a bit off as 1 tbsp contains about a 100 calories by itself. Just my 2 cents but I enjoyed watching the video :) Keep up the good work!

Not right...they need to be cooked as the enzymes in the seed cover dont let absorption of nutreints . And moreover cooking is an aging process. So plz stir the sprouts 2..3 min before eating

Wheat has 11 to 12 gm of protein per 100 gm but still it is a good source of carbs becoz of quality of protein and ratio of carb to protein .... that's why Oats r good source of complex carbs
