10am lunch and goes for field work 3pm black tea , 6pm green tea 9.30 lunch.

Followed this diet plan by combining it with intermittent fasting.... I reduced 2.5 kgs in 10 days.
These food options are sustainable and we need not reduce weight painfully by eating salads only.

Mid morning (12 pm ) : Fruits yogurt
Lunch : multigrain aata ki roti, gobi ki sagji without potato & Salad
Chattu drink after workout
Evening (d1): (muri, peyaj, ke on juice, tomato, chana) with green tea or without green tea.
Night: daliya with more veggies (150 ml milk) if hungry before sleeping

Hello i am in my weight loss journey its been 3days but today i had my lunch a little late at 3.30 so is it ohkay 😅
ek taraf u say ki I M WOW mein filling foods hote he, and on the other way you say to remove potato... Its good to add potato especially in night because of its high satiating effect which will fill our stomach. for those who say its calorie dense or sugar dense.. let me clear this, in 50gm raw rice or 150gm cooked rice is equivalent to 250gm of raw potato. its a high fodmap food which will keep us full for any normal and active individual. not for any medical patient(doctor's advice needed).

Ma'am is it actually possible to lose weight by just working out? I'm currently 70 kg and I really want to lose 10 kg😭 .For this Weight I sometimes can't wear the dress I want to wear 😢.I sometimes also feel a little low or insecure ( though I shouldn't be , I'm not ashamed of my body ,I just want to keep it in a shape ) Ma'am it's not possible for me to follow any particular diet plan for some reasons.If I workout on daily basis ,is it possible to lose 10 kg ? Control yr carbs and increase intake of salad ,do minfull eating,chew a bite for 32 times,try to eat homemade food,workout for 30 min walk,dance,swim any form of aerobic u ll have great health and u ll loose weight permanently and have great metabolism
It is definitely possible to loose 10 kgs..but don't try to do it in one go take your time do it slowly and over time so that you don't have loose skin overall. I too have the same problem but I'm improving daily and so can you.

I like some of the transitions, but sometimes they're a bit too much and are seemingly random. Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of your transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is.
For example 2:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 1:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation tho

I have tried to calculate the calorie and protein for the first day which comes to 830cal and only 23gm protein which as per my understanding is very low. Just 23gm of protein where all of you say it is very important to have high protein diet for body.
If you want to calculate then take weekly avg of everything. We believe in long term results. 1 day can’t suffice everything. It’s a balanced meal plan.
PS: don’t forget about sattu drinks, milk, buttermilk etc in your calculations 😊

You know, the point is, we have intentionally not added any supplements to keep the plan accessible for everyone. Also it’s a veg meal plan for fat loss. So everything has to be balanced 😊

Yes, u r right. Even their high protein diets have less than 15% protein. U may want to add protein powder with it to have additional 23-24 his of protein specially if u r vegan or vegetarian.

1)I can’t make Rotis bcos of my Carpal tunnel surgery😢.
And I don’t like Shop bought oily rotis in USA ---so can I have Kinua instead?
2) I can’t squeeze Lemons & if I buy from shop, it’s full of Preservatives 😢.
So can I replace it with ACV ?
3)We get milk (0 Fat, 1%,2% & whole) in USA.
So can I take 2% fat milk, bcos 0 &1% milk is like water 😢.
