    Day 10, and we made it! Probably the most consistent I’ve ever been in my life. I look forward to doing your workouts every day and I’m so proud of myself for getting this far.     I can't believe I am in day 10!! This is the first time I have stayed consistent to a workout before and to think I almost passed out the first day I took your Pilates workout. I really enoyed today and my body is now getting more flexible especially with the leg raises. Thank you Madeleine! And I am so happy your video popped up for me on Tiktok.♥♥♥♥♥♥

    Day 10/30 ✅ yay yay and yay. Today's Sunday and I unfreskinhbelievably did it. So so so proud of myself for being consistent. I know my efforts will be rewarded with something great in the future. I am so glad that I did this today. Thank you Madeleine❤❤

    Day 10:
    - I almost forgot to do it today since I was at school, then a track meet, I had to get ready for bed.
    - I am glad it was something simple and easy today!
    - I couldn't hold my balance for a few of them but that's ok!

    Still sick, but I really enjoyed this one :) I’m glad it was more of a stretch and strength video because I have figure skating today and my body’s sore, plus my coach is always telling me to stretch so hopefully this will help! Thank you Madeline! ❤

    day 10!! been incorporating these with walking to n from work n walks when i am off and i am already starting to see the difference!! iI feel soo much better mentally and healthier :) i am slowly regaining my strength and flexibility back this video helped me get one of my splits back already!! after only 10 days love ur energy amd workouts girl ❤❤

    Day 10 done (: I unfortunately didnt do it yesterday, but its okay. I did it today and am so proud of myself for even getting back to it. God reminded me that every day is new and and to keep going. Been inviting jesus to my meals and my weightloss. He wants to do *life* with us, even workouts ! ❤ invite jesus to your workouts, its life changing. 😊

    So I will do this for 50 days (or more bc i think sunday is rest day) now because I'm curious if it gets easier doing these workouts on the 2nd month. I will post my feedback for each workout under the following videos and from time to time some results as well. ( bare with my poor english TT )
    DAY9️⃣ Altough i would connsider this rather a leg workout i still really liked it. I skipped a few exercises bc Im freshly recovered from an injury and didnt wanna risk getting injured again

    day ten!! I'm not noticing any real changes in my body (i havent been making changes in my diet, going to incorporate more when i become comfortable w working out) but there are more defined lines on my stomach and my waist is smaller, and overall I feel better and healthier. Thank you so much for the stretch!

    I just did day 11 before this so I could have a nice cool down after my workout, and I’m somehow struggling on this one. It might just be because I just did a workout, but I’m really shaky for some reason 🤷‍♀️ this is still such an awesome plan though! I love it :)

    Day 1: ✅ Info: felt a numb instead of burning so i was pretty nervous but i felt proud after finishing 💪💪🎀.
    (July 1)
    Day 2: ✅ (separated it to 2 days) Info: stopped on half of the vid (july 1) and completed the other on (July 2) 🤏👅.
    (July 2)
    Day 3:✅ Info: I was crying on the end cuz I felt like a loser and if I'm gonna fail like always..but ended up finishing it, I'm gonna reward myself with a cold refreshing shower 🚿👏.
    (July 3)
    Day 4:✅ Info: my hands going crazzyy, those few moments without feeling a numb made me a bit nervous if im doing something wrong, BUT I FINISHED THE WORKOUT 🏁💪🎀🎀

    Day 5:✅ Info: skipped a day btw, the three first workout helped me getting my balance, thank u Madeline!! 💗👏

    Day 10.. I'm doing good but little bit disappointed because I skip someday... Because I went for wake instead of workout... But still I'm happy that i didn't stop..
    As I started again so it's day 10 again and this time I didn't skip a single day I'm going to complete this challenge without skipping one day... I'm determined this time...

    People did this plan help weightloss without any dietary restrictions!
