This is day 6 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute daily recovery stretch routine. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

im trying to fix my flexibility and everytime before this pilates i am stretching my whole body, it really helped!!

Yes omg i do madfits 30min flexibility for beginners before doing pilates on the days that i have more time lol. It makes a huge difference @zuzasiema2723
Idk how to articulate it, but this channel is making me love being a girl again. I am pretty active, I lift weights and train cardio 6 days a week but something about pilates with the calm music and cute outfits just makes me feel so feminine and I love it so much. I'm such a big fan of this, thank you so much for sharing 🤍

Realized that I'm not flexible as much as I use to be BUT I'm PROUD OF MYSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS STARTED FOCUSING ON THEMSELVES AGAIN❤
Everytime I stretch myself, I cry. I can't even reach the ground when I lean forward. Atleast I tried. And maybe I'm gonna do that again to see any results...
But I really love your workouts, you motivate me everytime!❤

I haven't done this one again. I just followed the 1- month plan but there were other stretch videos. They were easier to do for me.
I finished the plan now and I'm sure I can say that I see results. My stomach is more toned and I feel healthier.
So I would recommend this channel to anyone!

Day 6: OMG! This was great. My muscles were stretching, and my bones were cracking. It felt so good. I am totally good to be using this again. Thank you so much for the video.

- I wasn't able to do everything the exact way she did but I still did it!
-This felt nice and was an easy way to (almost) end the first week!
- I almost forgot to do it since I've been busy a lot today but I wanted to make sure I did it!

I used to hate how painful it is, but i remembered my time in taekwondo, stretching is already painful but i never minded it because i was ecstatic to improve and learn! It's always the mindset! ❤️

Keeping consistent with this routine, I’m happy this was a stretch day because I just got back from figure skating practice and my coach was telling me to keep stretching at home, I was also tired so this helped :)

i don't have any flexibility but i loved doing this! i felt really relaxed after ❤ day 6 finished 🎉
I didn't feel flexible nough but I pushed through and I'm loving the sweat!!! Proud of me for finishing a week, I can't wait to finish this challenge and maintain a habit of doing pilates everyday

I’ll probably do this one again, I loved the arm stretches at the end! I will definitely use them as some warmup in the future:)

Loved this workout a lot. It went by so fast. It felt like a little recharge and calm down session! 🧡
I finished this challenge about 2 weeks ago, I just wanted to share that I've been doing these stretches everyday for this part week, and yes, it takes a few days to master the movements, so don't feel guilty if you don't succeed even though you did it 3-4 times.
In the meantime I do other challenges, and it took me time to find what works for me. I never thought I'd succeed in my life to be the type to stretch everyday (especially with how little time the day gives us...). But here I am and I'm happy about it!!

Day 6✅: okay so yesterday was my birthday and between hanging out my family, friends and partying a little (lol), I literally had no time to do this, but I came back today! I’m so glad today was stretching ‘cause I’m still tired from yesterday😅, it almost felt like a birthday present. I will come back again tomorrow for day 7 ☺️

Today was AWESOME I could definitely feel the stretch even if I couldn’t get my legs 100% straight just don’t over push and go where u can someone your comfortable. It was a nice easy day to be ready for the next great video!!!

DAY 6:🎉🥳 Completed i guess this was harder to finish for me because, on day 5 i took a rest day (my auntie made potato salad and i was to full to work out 🤫) so i compacted 5&6 in one day. Even though i almost cried im so proud if myself and anyone whos here for completing. Even if you end up giving up maybe one day you can look back and say " let me try that again and see if i could make it farther than last."

Day number six, done, this routine was very relaxing, I stretched much better, and after doing it, you feel much lighter and freer.

Day 1: ✅ Info: felt a numb instead of burning so i was pretty nervous but i felt proud after finishing 💪💪🎀.

Day 2: ✅ (separated it to 2 days) Info: stopped on half of the vid (july 1) and completed the other on (July 2) 🤏👅.

Day 3:✅ Info: I was crying on the end cuz I felt like a loser and if I'm gonna fail like always..but ended up finishing it, I'm gonna reward myself with a cold refreshing shower 🚿👏.

Day 4:✅ Info: my hands going crazzyy, those few moments without feeling a numb made me a bit nervous if im doing something wrong, BUT I FINISHED THE WORKOUT 🏁💪🎀🎀

I haven't done some of these stretches for several years! I used to do the same stuff in ballet and it feels great to do it again!! Maybe I'll finally be able to do the splits in the two other ways😂

I try to do hip openers pretty much every morning because how much I sit at work and these were great. Will definitely add some to my daily. I'm still not very flexible and the balance needs work but I feel nice and stretched.

Day 6. ✅ No weight loss, but I also didn't gain any. I feel way less bloated and better. I also don't look so bloated. Starting tomorrow I will start my calorie deficit and eat cleanly. I feel so good! I found Pilates to be way better for my body than any other workout program regime. 💝 Usually a week in I feel horrible but not the case here. Also wow this hurt a lot I am not flexible at all
