    This is day 8 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute lower body sculpt pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

    Exercise because you love your body not because you hate it ! I always loved sports and keeping my body in shape.       @@fani7092 100%. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t see crazy results right away. However I’m so glad I’ve been taking progress pics along the way. I just completed my second run of this month plan and will start it for the third time tomorrow! I didn’t change my diet just followed her videos and within a month my stomach was already flatter. Also you feel yourself getting stronger each day. The first time I did this plan I struggled a little to keep up with her. However now I feel so much stronger I can go longer

      ​@@fani7092 It's definitely worth it to keep going . I personally don't see a difference in weight/image yet but I definitely feel my body becoming alot stronger then before

    i just wanted to comment and say that i have never felt so confident in my body i can really tell that i have lost weight and its really motivating to be able to see the progress.

    i usually can never stick to these daily plans cus i either am not motivated or the exercises are too hard, but i’ve been doing this daily and it’s been great! i feel so much better as a whole and im always excited to do this

    i missed yesterday. i didnt do it yesterday cause i checked my weight and i saw that i didnt reduce any. but well i'm back after realizing that even if i didnt see results, its okay. i will definitely see results soon if i'm constant and consistent. so i didn't give up and here i am. day 8, done!!

      The scale defines your body mass which means you could’ve lost fat and gained muscle at its place

    I haven't commented on these videos but today i woke up early just to do this. I have learned to not hate these and in fact they're quite enjoyable. My hips are killing me today after this workout but so worth it. Ive noticed a small decrease in my weight and have limited my food intake while also keeping it healthy. Congrats to all who've made it this far and keep on pushing after the hard times 🙌🏻🙌🏻

    i don't expect myself to look like you after this month but i wanna say these feel good! I have pcos and just after doing these for a week its helped a lot with my stomach bloating. most days id look pretty pregnant but now its like i can see just my tummy fat lol- But thats progress!

      @@aimalisar150 im only doing her series along with her stretching video. Id recommend doing all your movements slow so you can feel your muscles working. i also cut off soda/juice, only drinking water. All this together has helped my bloating a lot.

      @@bakhtawarabdullah2054 i have not lost weight but this is because i did not change my diet that much. personally these workouts have helped my full body with bloating and flexibility. i also have more energy. if you go on a calorie deficit while doing these workouts im sure you will lose weight and be able to tone at the same time!

    This is my second time doing your one month plan and I still wake up and get excited to do it everyday!!     Aaaah! The first half with just the bridge exercises was getting a bit difficult for me to continue doing, kind of uncomfy, but the second half was soooo good and burned so good 🔥Thank you!

    Thank you! I started and got to Day 6 and missed 2 days, so I started the entire plan over, so I could say to myself, “You did this without missing.” I am on Day 8 now and so proud of myself.

    Queen, just wanted to leave a comment because I love this pilates plan so much. I came across your video on TikTok last week, and started these workouts that same day. I figured I would stop after day 2 or 3 because that's what always happens when I try to work out, but here I am on day 8 with no plans of stopping!! I am really enjoying feeling myself grow stronger and I just wanted to lyk I think you're awesome :)

    Day 8:
    - I'm so glad I made it past a week!
    - It's the last day of spring break but I started late so there aren't very many results.
    - I don't know how I'm going to do this when school starts since I'm also doing a sport but I'll try to stay consistent

    Loved this so much! I’m recovering from knee surgery and find I have to skip a lot but I was able to do this whole workout with no pressure on my knee!

    recovering from a hip surgery has been a long horrible process for me and i’ve felt like i would never be able to do workouts ever again until coming across your 1 month plan 8 days strong using muscles i haven’t in 8 months post surgery and it feels amazing 😅

    madeleine, im more of the silent type of follower but i have to tell you how amazing these workouts are. it's the perfect amount of challenge while not being too hard, which makes it so rewarding. your aura is also just so calming and motivating. I've noticed my body becoming stronger, I haven't lost any weight yet, but just the fact that i can feel my body becoming stronger is just amazing. this is the only workout plan I've ever followed this consistently and i cant wait to get up and do it which is SO NOT ME. so thank you for making this accessible madeleine. i cant thank you enough for finally making me take care of my body and enjoy it while doing it.

    Day 8✅: my lower back started hurting by the end of the first few exercises but we stopped right before if got really bad so I was able to keep up, I wonder if I was doing something wrong🤔 anyways, this was super fun!     Okay I did day 7 and 8 one after the other today because tomorrow is a national holiday and I prefer doing these by myself… BUT! I loooooooved this one! I run on the side and this felt so good! Also, this is really helping me lose that stubborn last pound after I hit my running plateau❤️❤️❤️ It finally feels easier too, love these!!😍

      @@eugeniatsina2899 Try doing Cloe Ting's "do this everyday to lose weight" becuz that is very effective and it genuinely helps with losing weight and u won't only feel the burn, u will literally shake

    I have never liked exercising and I have never committed to it before, but I suddenly find myself loving the exercises that you do. They make me feel enjoyment after I used to hate them.

    I’m back to this workout after a 3 days break. Honestly feels so good doing this and I really wish I was consistent. Nevertheless I want to keep doing this because I feel great after! Thanks for this workout!♥️

    Stopped commenting 3 days ago because of my periods (endometriosis), i had to stop the challenge for 3 days but i'm back. I did Day 6 and 7 and now i'm doing this one. I'll edit my comment when i'll be done with today's workout.

    Finally day 8 done and i felt much stronger today this workout felt like 5 mins and i could do it easily!!!! Thahhankkkk youuuuu madeline🥰

    Day 8 ✅️
    Saw first few exercises and I thought I could do today's routine easily as I used to do glute bridges before but man the way I was humbled💀
    Also, I think my form was completely wrong for the later moves.
