We USED this as BAIT...*Mystery Fish* (Catch Clean Cook)

- Took a trip up north to fish with my buddies @justin_menendez and @RyanMorie . We fished around the Sebastian inlet area for snook, jacks, tarpon and Goliath Grouper! We dropped some giant baits for jetty giants at the mouth of the jetty. Then we took a Jack Crevalle home to eat for dinner.

Here in Hawaii we love trevaly (jack fish). We even make sashimi out of it
This is a jack crevalle trevaly are good too jack is t a trash fish only people who can’t cook think so lol
Yeah we love it in Grenada too! One of my favs
That's what I thought, looks like good sashimi fish👍

Fun video, cool to see something from my neck of the woods!
Love these videos
Too much fun!
Awesome video ,watching from The Bahamas 🇧🇸
I been waiting for this video to come one day 🔥🔥
we need some more juno pier fishing content with Ryan
That fish fry at the end looked beauty af.
When I saw him adding the Tony's seasoning I immediately said to myself "uh oh that's waaaay too much!". For whatever reason that particular seasoning is really strong and it doesn't take much of it to make any meat salty. You can put some in your hand and do one pinch on each side and it would literally be enough to salt a burger.
@@cameronledoux95 well it seasons quicker than salt does. i don't know why but it's just super strong. it's the only seasoning i've used that's like that. might be some Louisiana voodoo in it :)
Okay white boy
@@1969MARKETINGyy7yu
nice boat!!
love your content bro keep it up!
Yessir 🔥🔥🔥
Heck yeah Viktor!!
GOATs!!!
Love the channel great vid bro!
Massive grouper !!! congrats!
Justin is the GOAT hands down
He is the inshore king of RUclips
All we needed was Joey A on that boat and we got ourselves an all star episode 🤟🏼 Nice job boys
I know right
Good to see you eat with the boys for a change.
Deff looks like a fun day Vick! Ryan thanks for your service and welcome back man. My buddy did a dry age on a jack loin in his fridge for a week and then put pastrami rub on it for a few days. Smoked....Give it a shot one day. I see your kitchen game improving a lot. Almost permit season again!!! See you down on those keys bridges soon💪
Dry aging fish is something I need to learn! It’s getting very popular
@@LandsharkOutdoors very true. Can also age in wet brine. Ike Jime dispatched fish in a %4 salt ice bath solution for 10 days. Buy nomas guide to fermentation... it will send you down the rabbit hole too!
a collab I didn't know I needed
That grouper looked like a giant smallmouth bass!😂 Same color as a lot of the smallmouths we catch here in the St.Lawrence River. 👍
I bet a smallmouth that size would pull a Goliath backwards
@@LandsharkOutdoors
Absolutely! Smallies are definitely high strung!
... you what?? ... sticking a fresh pricey good sized bonito as bait to play tug o war with goliaths... not me ..😤😤
Guys like you and your friends should make videos about the boat you are using ,for example what size is needed to start fishing pro, what tools are needed besides reels and rods, you are a defender of the responsible commercial fishing and that is great ,what if someone like to be there what do you suggest
i love this..
I "moustache" you a question 😜🤣🤣🤣. Dudes got those killer staches!!!🤟
Now that plate looked fire
👍nice job my friend 👍👏😀
Pasta, shrimp. sauce.... everything you need to mask the taste of jack! ;)
SEMPER FI RYAN!! Welcome home!!
Rah
Another great video Vik, you be safe out there and keep the video's coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Powlii man powlii 😁😃😁

Fun sized tarpon start at a little over six feet long.
I can't wait to see Videos of the Mullet run victor
I have to buy a Jack cravelle same size you just caught next week. Jack cravelle fish head soup is delicious
Love these videos man. Definitely gonna check out ur friend’s channels!
Big fan
Good to see Ryan back, thanks for your Service !! P.s. Did you bring back any import Shimano Equipment ??
Yes bring back the OG guys!!
Ryan’s here to stay
I noticed it was Chris’s house the second the clip started. Funny thing is I remember laughing my butt off when Topwater Trev said “sail fat on the sail cat..!!”😂😂😂😂
I used to fish around the Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grande area ,and caught a lot of shark, tarpon ,Jack crevalle , cobia, mangrove snapper, snook, and redfish ...
Thank you for your service Ryan
Those Bonita make the best Ceviche
You guys are so cute!!
I thought you guys were gonna do a goliath catch and cook haha
you should when catching bates at the Wabasso bridge like you use to Victor ? from Montreal, keep up the good work!
SEMPER FI BROTHER

Hey Vic we wanna see some other kinds of cooking other than fish. How about some venison or something of the like.
I'm waiting on that brisket video 👍🏼
Hahaha that’s the behind scenes footage… you can find it on my only ….
@@LandsharkOutdoors haha yes I saw it on your ig story and was hoping for a video!
I've been on a Land Shark binge lately 🔥🔥 you guys definitely got alot of amazing fish to catch compared to California coast
Thanks brother!
For sure
Chef Yames would be proud.
Gulai nyok2 mmg mantop laa weii
Victor. You have to get Brooks dad and mom in the end tasting you're smashing food in al of you're videos‼️🚣♂️❤🇸🇪
cool invite ugh lol
Hey Vic could you let me know what rods were you using in this vid. Thanks brother 🤙🏼👊🏼🦈🎣
In australia, at least queensland we call those mackeral tuna, also heard people call them jackfish before
Add some spice while cooked the fish🐟🦈🐡🐠🐬🐋🐳
How about doing a 'Catch n Cook' Tarpon fish?
Illegal
@@Rodentfisherman Really? Arent Tarps considered trash fish?
Cook Crevalle just about every week on Sunday! Great fare! Steak em out below lateral line and you're fine!👍💪👍😀🤗😄
Amen brother
@@LandsharkOutdoors We get a lot of em in the Intracoastal in Boynton Beach ⛱along with Atlantic Sharpnose Shark and Bull Shark 🦈. Be sure to ck out my videos 📹. I go every Sunday and fish there. Lane and Mangroves as well
"Some garlic" lmao
Yeah?
We use Bonita all the time for blue marlin!
Great baits all around
So early 😬🎣
You should do a deer or duck hunting video in the fall. I would love to see your cooking skills take on something different like deer or duck.
can you do a tarpon catch and cook
“It’s just a cool fish to see” truth! What a great trip thanks for sharing!
Landshark please do Pleco although I don’t wanna be responsible for medical bills
One of the things I like about you guys is you don’t scream and freak out when you hook a fish. Some of the bigger channels go crazy when they catch bait fish let alone a Goliath grouper and I think it just ruins the video when they do that stuff.
I agree. Unless someone gets chomped by a shark, the reel should be the only thing screaming
I caught a small Goliath last month down at Marco Island. I figured it was 50-60 lbs. They seem to be making a good come back.
I cannot believe you don't have a million followers yet.
Man the mustache game is seriously at the end of the video
Yo Melbourne Palm Bay gang
Are we in Movember or what? Lol sweet stashes fellas.
Chris rocks the Stache year round
Went out to the gulf about 40 miles on the 4th used a bonita meat missile and caught my first ever cobia 46in and I didn't have a scale but it felt over 40lbs was so beyond stoked great vid Vic
A fisherman caught a 150 kilos grouper in Cahuita Limón Costa Rica. He sold out the whole grouper meat to local restaurants and I was his last customer to buy the 22 kilos grouper head. Only big grouper head can make yummy vicocious gelatin soup. That was a long time ago
Vicous gelatin
Wonder how it would be in a snapper pontchitrain type, except using jack cravelle?!
Brasil 👏👏👏👏👏👏
You need to come out to the Columbia River in Washington or Oregon and catch some oversized sturgeon
I have been talking to the addicted guys, hope to have something in the works this fall
@@LandsharkOutdoors I grew up in the same area they did I see them all the time out fishing they're pretty awesome guys and have done a lot for the Northwest fishing scene
Serve in the army then buy a boat. Put in some hard yards then claim your reward. Noone could deny you, buddy. Admirable.
