Huge shoutout to you all for watching this vid! Anyone who is willing to watch me completely botch a fillet job is cool with me!
Ryan, can you make a full reel review on the Penn Persuit 4 PLEASE?
Awesome video Ryan! I love your Catch and Cook videos. As someone who loves to cook food either field to table or sea to table, these inspire adventure with cooking things that I have never cooked before. Over the course of however long I've been subscribed, I have learned so much more than I ever would have thought from fishing videos. You do an amazing job with explaining the different gear you use and why, what to use when going after the targeted species, and how to clean and cook the species you go after. I have family in Florida and we go down to Stuart for the summer once and a while. From what I have experienced it is a very hit and miss area, I have tried a bunch of different tackle but cannot seem to figure out what to use to land certain target species such as: Cobia, Tarpon, Jack, etc... I have seen your videos on those species but I would still like to hear some advice from you whenever you get the chance. All in all, this was a terrific video and I cannot wait to watch more.
THE FISH LOOKED AND SMELLED AWESOME! THANKS FOR SHARING...
Nice video sir...have fun in fishing watching from Phillipines
Do more catch and cook, enjoyed the video.
Do more catch and cooks plz. I love them, and maybe you can do some more crazy ones like jacks and pufferfish. But I always love watching your vids, so when I go down to Florida I’ll have a better understanding of what’s happening. But as usual I love watching your videos
Thank you for your kind words and for supporting the channel!
Great video Ryan! Nice catching. Love the CCC. I think you should season (salt) the fish when it comes out of oil. Also, use a larger pot for safety. Same amount of oil. Personally, it looked delicious
Excellent, good job
Nice catching release
I was just their the other day and there was huge waves of mullet heading inshore
Nice snook. Loved the catch and cook. Keep up the great work.
I appreciate you watching! Thanks for the kind words 🍻

Nice snook sir.. so fun.. i like your chanel , can u review that reels? ( penn ? )
What day did you film this? I was at sebastian last Saturday the north side was closed and the south side didnt open up until mid morning. Mackerel were thick. Beautiful area though
This was long ago my friend!
I am moving to Fort Lauderdale. Huge fisherman, I am not so experienced fishing salt water. Where can I find what type of species can be caught during different times of the year. I can't wait to get there... thanks for your channel
this is the ft Lauderdale jetty ?? my uncle bought a crib near there so trying to do research so when I cone down I can be prepared to hook as many diff fish as I can
i had the dancos duffy pliers, and the center screw always came lose, sent em back, returned new and they were lose. 🤷
I’m the first ❤ love your vids bro u inspire to go out and fish
Thanks for watching!
Have you ever tried deep frying the fillets but with the skin still on? 10/10
29:26 you look exactly like Homelander lol
How do you like that Penn authority I'm buying one tomorrow
Ima have to hold a pair of those pliers
If I forget a pair in your truck I may never see them again 👀
@@RyanMorie let’s go soon

I’ve been waiting on the video as soon as I saw the thumbnail with a penn authority
Hope it was worth the wait!
@@RyanMorie for sure
Sure love some jetty 🎣
Thanks for watching!
Your camera lady is definitely a keeper if she can put up with you showering her with snook scales!!!
Great video!
She’s a trooper for sure!
Why is the hand crank on a conventional reel sometime on the left side of the rod?
what rod you using on that Penn 4500?
Which inlet? Not in my area(Ft.Pierce-Boca)
He was fishing the Sebastian Inlet area. He was on the South Jetty as the North Jetty has some hurricane damage due to blown out grates.
sorry i am a pain in the but i live in 133 cycus road thank you for keeping me of the street an drugs
Man I wanna catch some snook in Florida
"Keep fishing, never stop."
I went all day and didn’t get a bite, saw a few land jacks and snooks
Fishing blue fish 🎏🐟🎏🐟🐟
Great video, which jetty is this?
What jetty?
Just curious with the snook why you didn’t bleed it ?
I did, just off camera!
Have you ever fished the nokomis jetty?
Nope
First thoughts are usually right or close to it. If you think she's lying to you because she likes you what happens when the new wears off time to trade her in.....lol just kidding ....maybe....I think
But there’s sooooo many snook, reds, and Goliath grouper at Sebastian……why would you go after the jacks?
What part of florida is this?
Is the pier still closed?
Yes unfortunately
Are pufferfish Snook candy?
Idk they might be 🤔🤔🤔
@@RyanMorie Tell your girl any fresh fish is good fish. Puffer fish need not apply.
What jetty is this
(marlon ) Ryan you are the best fisherman in the world no one can tall you you not
Where this was?
Is this Sebastian
Where is this jetty? Can someone please tell me
Was this before the storm?
Yes it was
I’m the shakiest camera woman
You’re still #1 in my book
Where’s the Ryan Morie special snook pan fried on wonder bread
No.
left some meat on that skin but good work bro!!
I most Definitely left a too much on that side haha. But, I do try to leave a thin layer on most fish to eliminate the “membrane” just screwed it up on this fish 😬😬😬
What you showed was a spot not a croaker
Is the south jetty open as of today?
It's true soap fish
Never had the soapy taste myself, I’ve always wondered if it was overblown
@@RyanMorie Been eating snook cheeks with the skin and never noticed a difference. I believe is overblown
@@jimmiestewart3730 Nice, I'm gonna have to try this!
Given you lost a lot of fish becoming unbuttoned I would have switched it up and hooked the baits on the tail end (anal fin) vs the nose.
I mix it up sometimes, but with snook I swear, theres just some times where they are eating it weird and don't want to be hooked, no matter what I do. We literally went the next day and only lost like 5-10% of the fish. Nothing changed in our presentation, we just landed them at a significantly higher rate.
when considering what one would call done, some people like mushy some like crunchy I like very crunchy so one mans over done is another mans (Me) perfect
first daddy
😏😏😏
@7:00 Those fish you're calling croakers are actually called Spot fish and not croakers.
