Music from heaven. I love Schubert, this orchestra, and conductor Estrada. Also the recorded sound is excellent. Thank you for making this wonderful symphony available.

Just when I thought I couldn't be more heartbroken 💔 that Schubert wasn't acknowledged until after his death. This symphony is amazing, particularly the Second and Fourth Movement👏 👏

Music that remains so fresh it could almost have been written yesterday. And the humor in the last movement -- has it ever been surpassed? This symphony may be my favorite piece of music ever -- after 60+ years of listening. Thanks to Mr. Orozco-Estrada and this wonderful orchestra for yet another superb rendition.

What sublime music is offered to us by this composer. The initial melody followed by a more exuberant movement is fantastic, due to the musical connection that is achieved. Harmony is perfect throughout the symphony and only a genius like Shubert achieves it with such elegance and talent, varying moments of great exuberance with others that are calmer and of unparalleled grace and elegance. The orchestra and its direction are amazing. Viva the Shubert music forever. Thanks for this wonderful and superb recording.

Poor Schubert, tends to get second tier after Beethoven. Considering he wrote almost his entire ouvre before he was the age of Beethoven when he wrote his own first symphony. Always liked this fresh, early romantic work.

By Allah, listening to such beauty truly stimulates the soul. The great creations of Allah -I know not why this Schubert(?) fellow is credited for Mighty Rab's work- be praised. But Allah check my words, I should not utter such spiritual nonsense lest I be crucified by the sheria police.

The first 3 movements are beautiful! The finale is one of the most atrocious in all music! He's got ants in his pants! Whatever he tries, he can't get off the ground and wings up where he started from!. It's always getting bogged down! It's repetitious! It's silly, trite, boring, yet NOWHERE have I EVER read a critique of what a disgrace the composer of the searing emotional 13th, 14th, and 15th quartets, what an ass Schubert made of himself in the foolheartedly banal finale!
