We love for tenderloin in our house, and I just got a new grill the week before Christmas at an incredible price. This looks like one of several great recipes to break it in. Only thing I would do different is to leave the cilantro out of the food processor until everything else is chopped up, then gently stir in the chop cilantro. It just seems like whenever I put delicate herbs into the food processor, unless I am making pesto, much of the flavor gets lost.

Adapting to make via sous-vide as that's where Pork Tenderloin really shines @ 140/2. 😋

I think I would have oiled the tenderloin before adding the spice rub. Rubbing bacon grease on them wouldn't be a bad idea, either.

Clean the grill immediately after you take your food off...... don't wait until the next time you cook! So much easier to clean when the grill is still hot and moist.

Great video but any real cook knows grill marks are more of a negative than a positive you’ve should just smoke the hell out of it your final product is much more tender and juicy plus that 8min on high heat per side only overcooks the outside of the tenderloin and inside remains totally raw which leaves you with a dry and less tender product

I absolutely do not agree with your assessment of pre marinaded tenderloins. They are cryo sealed and will only absorb so much marinade . Some people just don’t have the time to do the entire job themselves.

Pulling the leaves out of the top of the pineapple is an old wives’ tale. Smell the pineapple. It will taste exactly like it smells. If it smells sweet, it will taste sweet. I expect better from you folks.
