@@ChefBillyParisi you need to make a fire roasted pizza. I found that by placing pizza dough directly into a cast iron skillet ON stove top works. I then flip it and put all the other stuff on it ..then kick it under broil for 2 minutes. You should try. Very easy.

I think either roasted asparagus or glazed baby carrots would go good. And, some wild rice.
Looks great. Just a little thing...before adding loin to marinade slice that silver skin (sinew) off. This will make a difference in how tender it is.
There isn’t enough of that to make that much of a difference but if you want it’s all you my friend!
