    I made this recipe for my family using pork loin and the salsa is simply AMAZING… they don’t like hot pepper so I used a small bell pepper instead. Love your channel, Chef Billy!

      Chef Billy Parisi 10/10. I smoked mine though. Pulled at 140 and let it rest 30 mins. Perfect temperature. Will 100% do again. Thank you.

    Just made peach salsa.
    My next batch will be mango salsa!
    I live in Oklahoma but was born and raised in Chicago.
    I'm a region gal.
    Only miss Chicago food.
    The rest they can keep. Too cold and too too liberal.

      @@ChefBillyParisi you need to make a fire roasted pizza. I found that by placing pizza dough directly into a cast iron skillet ON stove top works. I then flip it and put all the other stuff on it ..then kick it under broil for 2 minutes.
      You should try. Very easy.

    Looks great. Just a little thing...before adding loin to marinade slice that silver skin (sinew) off. This will make a difference in how tender it is.

    I make a habit of cleaning off those pork tenderloins of all the crud fat around them. It makes me way better.
