    Gym advice for a 18 year old second row?

      As a second row, get strong at the compound movements e.g like bench press and squat. Learn the technique to do properly and safely. Secondly, get your nutrition correct. That’s where the difference is. That’s when you’ll notice yourself getting bigger and stronger!
