Everyone always says this but typically unless is a hard day training wise. I don’t have the biggest of appetites. Definitely do a bulking diet video to gain weight!

So my main meals which (were shown) take me anywhere between 2500-3000 calories. Then the difference I need I use shakes or bars. I really struggle to eat really big meals and I use the MyFitnessPal app to make sure. I never have the appetite for big portions in one sitting. Hope that makes senses !?

Wait... so, you only eat 2000 calories every day? That seems impossible to me... you outweigh me by like 100lbs and I eat over 3000...
