I play Division 3 rugby for a club called the Alpharetta Exiles! I’ve been playing for 10 years since I was a freshman in college! It is great to see my sport growing and growing as the years go by! Keep killing it brother!

How much does the bang average senior player make? I’ve heard the big shots make 6 figures but I’ve always wondered about the guys who don’t make the headlines but play week-in-week-out in the Prem.

@@daniel-im4yz absolutely not. Earlier the better. However, it’s a sport you don’t need to be good at 11 like football to make it. I know guys who started later than me doing really well!!

Ayyy man im a 13 year old rugby player from South Africa and i want some advice on like height and im going to a boarding rugby school next year and im much shorter than most of the other lads so do you have any advice to make big hits and not be scared
One thing to remember that you are still growing. Don’t worry about the size. You will grow into your body.
For the tackling. Just focus on getting low and leg drive after the contact. All of that stuff is a mindset.

My school said they are going to nominate me for wasps academy trials soon any tips for trials?
Make sure you get involved, get enough touches on the ball, make sure you work on your hands so you can stand out that way as usually at trials there isnt a huge amount of contact. Mainly just stay in the middle of the pitch and get your hands on the ball as much as possible
Stick to what you do best! Look for lots of touches and an attitude to learn. Ask questions and enjoy yourself. I have always played my best and done well when I am enjoying it. Good luck !!

Best tips on getting fitness up?
At the moment, I am doing a lot of interval running so something Like 1 minute on 1 minute off. Anything over 20 minutes is one of the ways to stay fit

Honestly, it can range anything from 15-25k

Aim is usually to get under 5 minutes
