do anyone know what app he uses to track his macros??
DivisionMA 21 looks like MyFitnessPal
What Kyle said!
You could add up in your head?
What position u play
Legit question. You took creatine first thing in the morning. What benefit does this provide you? I generally take creatine as per the label, ie about 15 minutes before a strength workout, and again within 1 hour after a workout. But I see you took yours several hours before your workout. What's the benefit you see from taking creatine as just part of your morning routine?
Dont matter when you take it
The whole anabolic window malarkey that fitness influencers have enticed the population into believing is complete bullshit.
Ayy Rugby player from New York here, how do I get my hands on one of those hooded sweatshirts?? I searched online; nothing. Hope all healed up well with your hammy, cheers!
gerald lenox go on the London Irish website and order one
Any new videos come out soon mate
how did you get the ingredients for the pork ciabatta? Something I always try to avoid is eating out because I don't know the nutritional value of what I'm eating
you make it yourself, theres many websites online where you punch in all the ingredients of the menu item. It isn't exact but it is pretty close.
@@harrysingh-tj5pu close enough doesn't cut it. Going on my fitness pal and putting in 1 sandwich and 1 sandwich worth of pork doesn't work.
Im going with he took an educated guess, all you can do when eating out like that. The macros shows pretty much he most likely could see. For one he basing the ciabatta coming from tesco which is clearly is not.
Edit : the cheese and bacon also
Conroy I think you care too much about the nutritional value of everything you’re eating.
Exactly what Chris above said, we've also got a recipe on our Instagram for pulled pork so you can know exactly what is in it if you want!
hey, what app did you use to track your calories ?
My Fitness Pal
What kind of whey protein is that your taking
Big Whey from NutritionX, they're our clubs supplement provider and the product is informed sport.
I’m only just joining up to my rugby team at 17 😂
Coffee and creatine in the morning! How much water do you have to drink to rehydrate yourself before practice?
Normal intake (post an initial load cycle) is about 500ml extra water each day per 5g creatine
dudeeeee i am wiredo as well i like cold showers and i mean freezing temp, I also play rugby I have a match soon @>@
What kind of steroids do rugby players use?
Trenabol
that guy looks natty af...
Honest Answer: Sarms (usually Ligandrol)
@Mike Wazowskithey use that on racehorses for christ's sake
Sorry give criticism but on your leg press the range of motion is really poor... Surely you should be going lower down instead of half repping the exercise
Mate u are not naturally skinny. Lol
I’m currently 20 and I’m playing rugby again after a 4 year break, is it too late to go pro?
Nope! It's not too late but at this age u gotta try really hard tho
A guy in the army called lewis bean had never played rugby till he was 18 and now hes at saints so just hard work bro💪
Name?
Would you not just put the creatine with the pre workout? Or is there a reason why?
You use up your creatine stores whilst training, so some people say to take creatine post workout; I noticed the difference doing it that way for sure. Although, I've always worked off of 6-9g per day, so I would take a 3g am also, and 3g p/w.
Creatine absorption into the muscle has been shown to be higher post work out so for maximum effectiveness, thats the way to go.
how did you get scouted for professional rugby??????????
Play in a club or something and get ranked. I’m going to play D2 Men’s Rugby in college which you can then play more matches to gain recognition.
I played at a club and got picked up at training and at a 7s tournament and then you go along to trials. Just play as much as you can at the biggest stages you can
Scouted from Berkshire county training and started training at London Irish academy at around 12
RugbyGrub I play for somerset county and I’m trying hard to get noticed, even changing colleges to play rugby. Hoping something goes well for me
Wouldn’t exactly call London Irish a professional club
I mean they are
Init they play in the top tiers of english rugby you spack
Sorry Fergus films because you look like such a professional athlete compared to him
It really only matters if this is all he does for a job if it is he’s a professional rugby player
Well they are
i have lot of doubts about the sistem of training. bike and machines are absolutly no a help to prevent injuries.
Make it bloody louder
Don't train as hard as the League lads imo
BACON...BACON...BACON .. Who is the criminal that has approved this diet??? omg.
half reps
