Breakfast and Book recommendations = Perfection
I really like it when Gabby taps her books. Especially hardcover. Bookish ASMR!!
Yes. I love it. Especially when the book tuber has really long nails. Jordaline Reads, who is mostly a horror genre booktuber, always gives me goosebumps, because she unintentionally taps all her books with her long Khloe kardashian like fingernails. Ha.
ive been wanting to read house of leaves for YEARS like literally about 10 years but apparently the way it's written is so in depth there's actual forums about it?? and because it's in mixed media format every different format/font/colour makes a new story and oh my god it's just so daunting but already so impressive ahhh
More Fall Book Recommendations...
My Best Friend's Exorcism by Grady Hendrix
NOS4A2 by Joe Hill (Stephen King's son!!)
The Twisted Ones by T. Kingfisher

Gabby just made my morning so much better with this video! I hope you do a winter book recommendation video or Christmas reading vlog! That would be so much fun.
I read Lock Every Door by Riley Sager for Summerween and loved it sooo much!
The Night Circus is definitely the perfect book to read in the autumn, it's my favourite book of all time and has such lovely autumnal vibes & the setting is so beautiful it's definitely a cosy up with a blanket & hot chocolate type of book! I hope you love it

Your videos make me soo excited and happy!
Thanks Gabby 💕
The Great Alone...I still get emotional when I think about that book! 😭😭
I like that your Fall TBR has some older titles that have been on your list for awhile instead of all new releases. Several of the ones you mentioned have been on my list for a while too. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
Gabby -I read the nightingale and loved it. It was one of my best reads for ages. It made me cry and the descriptions of France in the countryside and Paris were amazing.thanks.
Six Stories is a fantastic series and I think you’re going to absolutely love it! 😍
I started co-listening to The Shining with my boyfriend, but he's not an audiobook listener so I can't increase the speed. We might still be at it when we get a first snow storm lol!
for the 100th time, aren't you a lifesaver!!! I'm all packed for fall now. Love you x
I absolutely love The Butterfly Project 🦋... I’m currently rereading it 🥰
Such a good video! Thank you for all the recommendations 📚 I too love fall because of the slow down process. Ugh so good! Lol
I needed this little gem before work today! Thank you!! 🙂 It's going to be a good day. 😁💙
Yes! I just bought Vicious yesterday - I can’t wait!
Honestly, you and Lala are the booktubers who are actually "READING" these past few months. Lol. Love you always 💕 That pendant is so beautiful.
Thank you so much for the recommendations!!! I loved the Night Circus!!!!!
I read House of Leaves for Summerween... what you need to know is that you get out what you put in to this book. If you put your all into it and read every word you’ll probably love it and be obsessed by it. I can’t decide if it’s genius or a nightmare....!!
Night Circus is on my list for the Buzzwordathon coming up!
omg just bought where the crawdads sing I can’t wait to read it!! 🥺
The Night Circus is my favorite book! Love your channel thank you!
I had just sat down with a coffee, perfect timing 😁
The Immortalists looks super interesting!
Same the immortalists
Quickly adds all the books to my basket. Thank you!❤️🤝
Bout to watch your videos all day , since I haven't watched you in a while. ❣️🥰
Great recommendations. The night circus is also on my tbr this month
Currently reading the butterfy project and really loved it so far..
Winter Garden by Kristin Hannah is also INCREDIBLE. It flashes between modern day and WWII Russia. And as is probably obvious from the title, it takes place mostly in fall/winter, so it’s perfect haha
Ohhh Cabin at the End of the World sounds perfect for october, I'm looking forward to picking it up!
I just started Jade City for the exact reason you mentioned. Taking some time to slow down and read a 600 page Fantasy novel.
I totally have Vicious on my October TBR - I feel validated xx
The Nightingale is my FAV! I finished it in August, loved it so much. Just before that I read the Great Alone. Amazing :D Thanks for sharing, def gonna read Home before Dark next!
Awww I actually picked up Pumpkin Heads the other day cos I knew it would be perfect for Halloween even though I’ll be reading it in Spring time over here in Australia 🇦🇺 😩😩 I know it wasn’t mentioned in this vlog but did also get Loveless the same time I bought Pumpkin Heads all cos of your heartfelt reaction to that book in your video 💕💕 I loved Radio Silence too so very keen to get to this one soon!! 😁😁
So excited for this, looove fall 😍
I love the lipstick. Perfect colour on you!
Thank you for all the lovely recommendations!! Lovely!
Pumkin head was a great fun read. ❤ you Gabby..
So many good options here! I watched this to fulfill a prompt for Becca's Bookopoly to get a booktuber recommendation. I ended up choosing The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager because it's the last one I have by him that i haven't read yet. Was also tempted to choose If We Were Villians as well as a Kristin Hannah book! I'll share my video to you once I read it!!!
So many of these just went waaaay higher on my TBR! Especially Verity, I might have to check that one out in October. ♥ Great video, lovely!
Howling Libraries thanks so much!! 💞
Will definitely read house of leaves and Kill creak. Also going into Grady Hendrix books. Presently reading Darcy Coates books!
The Supernaturals by David L. Golemon is perfect for fall. It’s the second haunted house story that ever really grabbed my attention. The first was The House Next Door by Anne Rivers Siddons. These two are very different from each other, but each is top notch, A+ material.
I’ve had The Secret History on my tbr for a while. I think it’s time I finally read it.
I love fall season too.. Gonna add all the books in my tbr 🥳.. Love your lipstick.. I wonder what brand it is haha
I have The night Circus and House of Leaves. Been wanting to read them but haven't yet. I've had House of Leaves for years too.
I don’t know why but Every Heart A Doorway by Seanan McGuire would be such a great fall read. Every time I read it it just gives me such fall vibes
Thank you for the recs!
Thx - one day I'll read some of those - old habits are hard to break
I read the night circus. It is so relaxing magical yet enigmatic. I love the lowkey romance in it
Can't forgive the world for sleeping on you,,, you're the sweetest person ever and you make me wanna read more and more 💜
yaaaaas your videos make me so happy😌💙
Imaginary Friend is great-I can still recall some scenes now months after reading it. (and YES, the last 200 pages is not good...so much of it should've been trimmed)
For coming weeks, planning to give Sager another try (The Last Time I Lied) + The Silent Companions by Laura Purcell
Well that stinks. I read to page 450 in Imaginary Friend at breakfast today. Now I have a lot to look forward to! 😉📚👸🏻
Oh no 😂😂😂
The intent of the ending is good, but the book really drags with unnecessary plot points in the last section
Verity was so good. That twist was just sooo messed up
I really need to finally pick up Viscious. I have it but haven't gotten to it yet!
Ahhh I’m reading House of Leaves in October too! Or at least attempting to. 😅
Imaginary friend is amazing!!!! I'm reading the turn of the screw so that I see the Netflix adaptation in October 💞💞😊😊💞💞💞💞😊💞😊
I read The turn of the screw during Summerween! Not my fav but it's nice to read classics where lots of later stories pull their inspiration from.
@@justinkhchen yessss!!!! Also trying to read it before the adaptation comes out in October 💞💝😍
I love recommendations... Just needed this video
I still catch myself thinking about The Great Alone & honestly probably gonna reread it one day. I just think it’s such a good freakin book. Lol
I am in the middle of Catherine House by Elisabeth Thomas right now and it is a very fall-vibe dark academia creepy book. So far I'm loving it!
Fall is definitely here because my allergies are killing me lmao but I still love this season so much
Great recommendations. 😃 I'll read Pumpkinheads in september.
I live in the southern hemisphere, so it isn't fall over here yet, but I'm definitely saving Riley Sager's books and The Shadows for next year!
great recommendations & love the jewlery. By the way what color lipstick are you wearing? Its a perfect fall color
piglet11552 thanks! It’s divine wine from L’Oréal 😌
ugh yes!! fall QUEEN
This is what I needed today 😍
Night Circus is extraordinary💚💙
Pumpkinheads is so cute 💛 I'm planning to pick up Pet Sematary, 'Salem's Lot, and Imaginary Friend this fall for sure 🍁
The Immortals sounds so amazing
House of Leaves is my all time Favorite book! I am looking forward to hear what you think! I have read it several times. The author's sister is a singer, POE (also one of my favs!) Her album "Haunted" goes side by side with this book!!!! and thank you for your recommendations, I have soooo many new books added to my lists :-)
My favorite books with major Fall vibes is The Broken Girls by Simone St. James and Lock Every Door by Riley Sager. They scream Fall!!!❤️🍁🍂
Yesss love this! 💕
I just read 'the night circus' what a beautifully written book it is....highly recommended.. I want to have 'pretty girls' on my TBR and would like to read 'he shadows'...
I am going to try and read your books 📚 please stay safe love 💖 John from Australia
Love your lip color in this vid
These are great recommendations 👌
My next book to read is the shadows! 🙃
Another great video but am I surprised? No. So many fantastic recs and I’m always amazed at how similar our tastes are.
Gabby i just love the way you talk, so cute
I just bought Ghost Tree by Christina Henry. I hope it is good.
I plan to read House of Leaves for Halloween, as well as The Halloween Tree by Ray Bradbury; Darren Shan’s A Living Nightmare & The Vampire’s Assistant...and maybe something with zombies. 🎃👻
I'm reading Lisa Jewell the family upstairs
YES! 🤗🍁
This is perfect!
Ive read both the Nightingale by Kristin Hannah and The Shining by Stephen King, loved both!
You are magnificent salesperson. Very impressed with your promotion of Anna Luisa.
Thank you for sharing this I’m going to get some of them books on my kindle just right for autumn stalking Jack the Ripper is good I always talk about that book and the next one is hunting Prince Dracula by the same author take care keep safe and your family 📚📖
I’m reading Malorie now and love it so far. Next I’ll either read, The Wicked Sister by Karen Dionne or The Outsider by Stephen King
🎃 🍂🧣🍁⛅️☕️🎃✨
I heard the outsider wasn’t that good though
Ok, so who else had to screenshot every other book because now it's on your list?😂
Oh, yes, the Night Circus would be perfect, although I read it in the middle of summer 🙈
You should definitely read kill creek. I watch all of your videos, we usually have similar taste and kill creek was my favorite horror novel of all time. It would be a kick ass movie. 👍
I'm hoping to read The Green Mile
Do any of these books take place in the fall?
