Susan Kay's novel, Phantom, is by far the saddest story I've ever read. I am an avid reader, and not typically an emotional one by any means, but this story was gut - wrenchingly sad, and very difficult to read. I was crying immensely by the end of the book. Anyone who has read it will understand! For anyone who hasn't, it revolves around the main character, Erik, from The Phantom of the Opera. It's a big, surreal, tragic story, very dramatic and deeply moving. It's an experience in itself, and I highly recommend it.

I am sensitive enough for books, I sometimes cry, but generally not more than one evening. I read the divergent trilogy a little over a week ago and, guys, I swear I don't add any more, it's been a whole week that I cry.
I mean, not all day of course, but as soon as I think about the end of divergent I can't help but cry.
For those who haven't read it: go and read it. No kidding. And give me your feedback in return, that interests me so much!
for those who have read it: tell me that I'm not crazy, that I'm not alone. I have never cried so much for a book. it’s as if the pain becomes physical. At the end of the book; and as soon as I think about it, I have a big weight on my chest and a pit in my stomach.(I think that's the expression .. I don't know, I'm French)
I really need to talk about it, to confide myself, but I feel like annoying my friends more than anything else. and then they didn't read it and no one can really feel the pain without reading the books...
So tell me and do not hesitate to come and confide yourself if necessary (I know how frustrating it can be to not have the impression of being really understood) ❤🍒

I cannot even imagine having to lose an email while reading A Little Life. I am currently about 65% through this book, and I cannot get it out of my head. It is so tragic and beautiful. I have already cried twice, and I know the end will kick my ass.

Loved this video, Gabby. When a book can bring out so much emotion in a reader I believe they have done their job and that’s what makes them fantastic authors. I’m yet to read a Colleen Hoover book, but they do sound really good. Especially the one dealing with infertility something I know a lot about from my own personal experiences. Thanks for another wonderful video 😊
