I loved both of your performances on the beach. Peter, yours was more olympic-like and Tommy, you did the perfect fairy-like dance. Looked fun and beautiful. Glad you were able to get away together.
STUNNING!!!! guys, with capital letters. Nature never ceases to amaze us. I think Tommy was hoping for the dragon to actually appear in that cave. Lol. So that you don't miss your country house, the crowing of a rooster was heard. Thanks Peter for the historical references. Means a lot. That's life, yes sir. Thanks for sharing.
Aww, thank you, Liliana 🤗 Tommy could have hoped, but no dragon showed up, oh well 😀 Yay, we noticed crowing of roosters a few times, so it was almost like back home 😁 We also learnt something while telling you about the history of Cyprus, so it was beneficial for all of us 😊
Wow, how wonderful, "we are sure that sunset is the moment when the earth sends the colors to sleep. But red, passionate and instinctive, always disobeys". Faced with such beauty we are certain that Peter indulged in a romantic serenade for his love! You confirm it's true Tommy! 😇See you next time R and D
That is beautifully said about the sunset, thank you 😊 We are glad the red disobeyed again 😁 Not sure about the serenade but at least the sunset was romantic ❤😉
Wow, such a different climate than here in Northern Sweden! I was just out on a walk in a winter wonderland! And there, you're walking around in shorts! I don't know what will be the hardest here, being gay living alone in the forest, or the winters! 😂 You're traveling so much! So glad you have the opportunities to do that, and share it all with us! Thank you, guys! 💕
Thanks, Daniel 😉 We love to travel but we mostly seek out places without people in nature, so we were pleasantly surprised in Cyprus with all the empty pretty beaches 😊 You would like it - no need for swimwear at all 😁 Winter wonderland sounds great... But not now!! It's too soon 😀 We love snow in winter though, sadly we only get a few days here and there. Here it's mostly just overcast, gray, dark, colorless... Good luck surviving your winter. Hopefully you'll make it 😉😁
Hi guys it looks great and the water is warm, I loved your walk in the mountains it is so beautiful and relaxing, I also enjoy listening to the two of you talking to each other and us makes me happy, as always take care of each other
Thank you 💚 The water was amazing, we were in the sea so often 😁 Glad you like our talks and walks, it's always very nice being in a forest somewhere 😊
What a great trip guys. We went to Lebanon once and our friends family had almonds, artichoke hearts, and huge oregano plants like bushes in their gardens. Amazing.
Glad you had such a good time. In Queensland Australia we have many white sandy beaches and surf. Some places are very busy but if you travel further, the beaches become more isolated. It never snows, and its beautiful all of the year. Lovely to see you both.
Sounds very good, Ron. Great for relaxing and playing in the sea 😊 But we would probably be a bit afraid of sharks in Australia, at least there are scary stories on the internet 😁
Seeing all that DRY underbrush made me concerned over Brush Fires. 🔥 This video made me remember the Forest of Pine trees and the scent of pine needles while camping as a Child:)
You are right, Cyprus, like many other Mediterranean countries with forested areas, is susceptible to forest wildfires, especially during dry and hot periods. The island's climate and vegetation make it prone to such incidents. But the pine tree scent is amazing.
Thank you, thank you, Peter and Tommy, for your stunning videos and interesting commentaries. I admire your proficiency in English: it's a delight to hear you speaking! I love your playfulness! So glad that you share your youthful exuberance and your attractive physiques with us!
I needed this sunny video to lift me up, the grey sky and rain here in Bournemouth is depressing, thank you for all those lovely videos, I started flowing your video blog 3 weeks ago, thank you, guys. 💖
That is so good to hear, that we could lift your spirits 😊 It was so great in Cyprus and next time we will continue showing you more places 😊 Glad you discovered our channel and you can join us on our adventures 😉
🇲🇽👋 Saludos from Mexico. We are so jealous, you go on great vacations all the time. 😎 But we love to go along with you guys by videos. We love you guys 💖💕
Thank you, guys 😊 We are lucky that in Europe all these places are not too far from us (Czech Republic being in the middle) and in every country there is something to see. Cyprus was great, extending our summer 😊 Glad you could join us 😉
Beautiful. I have a couple of university friends from Larnaca that I have not seen since the mid-1980s. I should plan to visit some day. I just returned from a trip to Central Europe and I stayed in Bratislava for 2 nights and I had dinner both nights at the Bratislava Flagship Restaurant where you took Johnny for a meal. Thanks for the good tip - I love that place!
Wow Rob, that sounds so cool that you were in Bratislava and you went to the Flagship restaurant! Glad you liked it there 😊 So nice that you were discovering Central Europe 😉
Funny listening to you explaining the driving, we also drive on the left side in South Africa, always find it really hard to get used to going to Europe.👍
Haha, it's great being on the beach at unusual times or unusual places 😀 But October is really great for Cyprus, pleasantly summery, we definitely recommend 😉
Tommy was talking about driving on Cyprus....our family is on holiday in Ireland as I type this and my husband is experiencing the same thing. We fly back to U.S.A. on Sunday. Your weather looks much sunnier.
Such a FUN video!!! I especially loved the "Gays in the Box" photo op!!! Peter is always enthusiastic and energetic, but it was great to see Tommy being more playful. It's nice to see you extending your summer in such a lovely setting, too. ❤❤❤🌞🌞🌞🌅🌅🌅
Great video, Tommy and Peter. Which part of Cyprus were you visiting? I love the mountain areas you visited. I moved to Nicosia from Athens for work at the beginning of this year, and I haven’t seen such deserted, spacious areas yet. I hope to discover such beautiful places in the future as I get to know Cyprus better. I hope you enjoy the rest of your stay on the island. Best regards, Rob
Hi Rob, thank you. We were mostly in the north-western part of Cyprus. Our accommodation was in the town/village called Pomos. We drove to the mountains from there, maybe 20 minutes. This part of the island is not that touristy and we really liked that. We'll show more beautiful places that we discovered in the upcoming videos 😊
an invisible dragon, i only know of Elliot best friend of Pete, i will be shock if anyone knows what i a referring but if anyone does please let me know so i am not alone and i heard your neighbor crowing in the video, it is so nice of you to invite him along on your holiday
Ooooooh!!! Those British three pin plugs are far superior to those European two pin things!! 🙄 They don’t fall out and they’re properly earthed. 😀 You’re both turning into full time holidaymakers. I was in Cyprus about 15 years ago. Me and the husband really enjoyed it. The ice cream was terrible, but the roads were a doddle to drive. Tommy…life with Peter…at the end of each day you must be left feeling worn out and exhausted. 😀🤣 Can’t wait to see more of your adventures in Cyprus next week. Your pal in Ireland, Stefan. 🇨🇾
Haha Stefan, when we were filming it, we were thinking of you, what you would say about all the British things 😁 I even said (unknowingly) that "British is not the official language", which I noticed only when we were watching the finished video 😀 So cool that you were also able to visit Cyprus. We didn't try ice cream there 😁 Hopefully you weren't as exhausted as Tommy - he always falls asleep in the evening while I dance or babble about something 😀
@@tommyandpeter I heard you refer to speaking British, but I decided to be kind and make no mention of it. 🤣 Tommy is not alone, because my husband also falls sleep each evening exhausted by life with me. He says I’m still a little boy at heart. We’ve much in common Peter. 😀🏳️🌈
Hi, we've never heard about it, but we looked up about it on the internet. Apparently in the aftermath of World War II, Thonet lost all of its production facilities in the Eastern Bloc states through expropriation, and the sales office in Vienna had been destroyed during the war. Nowadays there are 2 independent companies - one in Germany and one in Austria. Such bentwood furniture is well-known here in the Czech Republic too, mainly chairs, now when we look at the pictures.
@@tommyandpeter thanks for that I appreciate it. Back in the late '60s thonet was one of the furniture companies we learned about when I got my interior design degree. It's still used over here as Cafe seating.
So interesting and we are glad we've learned something new. Yes, they fit well into Cafes. Around 1860 there were more than 5 Thonet furniture factories in the Czech Republic. Back then it was one big country - Austria-Hungary (Austro-Hungarian Empire, a multinational empire). The most industrialized areas within Austria-Hungary during this period were Bohemia and Moravia - the regions that now form the Czech Republic, especially around Prague and Brno, were some of the most industrialized areas. It's so cool to read about and one could only wonder how it would be if the communist era here didn't happen (that slowed down the progress significantly).
Ah, the life of the wealthy gay - always on holiday. I might be a tad envious. Yes, beaches. I live on the Pacific Ocean and after 5 minutes in there, I would be like those poor souls traveling on the Titanic in basic Economy 🥶. Insert gratuitous flattery - you both look super spectacular in speedos. I can’t wait for the naked beach episode 💋❤❤. Thanks for the video!
