Hi Mark, i am 42 and i have suffered with depression all my 30s. Excercise has been the only medicine that helped. Importantly doing the excercise in the morning, really changes my outlook for the the entire day and puts a smile on my face resulting in a positive and enjoyable day.

You’re a survivor like me😊. I, too, found his workouts to dramatically improve my mood. Are you making sure you get up early enough to go outside for morning sunlight? The early UV rays are so important for our hormones and circadian rhythm. We’ve been conditioned to fear the sun but most of us are Vitamin D deficient. Doing his workouts outside is a game changer 💪

@@jormungandr999 actually 2 for a 30 min workout but you can do 3 rounds if you really are in good shape and ready for more ^^
but don't overdo it after all it's a full body workout meaning more rest for the body after. It's not like you do arms then abs the next day, here it's all of it ^^

I was 99 kg in lockdown i remember i saw chris heria fat burning workout at home & started doing it for 3-5 rounds everyday and being in caloric deficit and i lost 39 kgs in 3-4 months thank you chris for such amazing workouts

I've been doing this workout routine for about 3 weeks now (2-3 times a week - after school). I've lost some belly fat. At first, you may feel lazy but it's all about the mindset (credits to Chris Heria)! If you don't let your laziness get into you before working, after a matter of time your body would eventually crave to do workout (this routine in my case). So thank you, THENX, esp Chris Heria! I can't wait to see my desired physique if I keep doing this routine💯🤘🏼💪🏼!
@Pxyfi I stopped working out now because my school got tougher😭. I didn't get a 6 pack abs like Chris'😅, but I did lose weight and belly fat when I was working out for 4 months (I didn't reach my desired physique but my physique got 3x better). From 190 lbs to 150 in 3 months🤟🏻⚡

@@lifewithzinnah I only did this 1 round every weekdays after school. 1 round of this routine before/after doing Chris' 6 mins Ab Workout no rest routine (it's somewhere in his personal channel).
Sometimes I skip that Ab workout routine and do this routine because of how tired I am. I recommend not to do your workout tho if you're really tired😅.

I did this routine two times per day for 40 days (with rest between some other days) while bulking. I went from 109lbs to 123lbs and I look much better. Grinding from here. Thank you so much Chris Heria 😁🔥

@@Christian-qk7yi It was a long slow process due to injuries, but I did Cardio until I wanted to die....then kept going till it drove me just a little crazy to where I actually enjoyed it..... then I did the most miserable part and started to cut out carbs... I eat them with dinner, thats it... I didnt freak out if I got the munchies and grabbed a candy bar, didnt have any issues with the occasional soda (I cut these out almost completely and switched to drink mixes) I just kinda wormed my way through the internet reading, researching, and testing out what worked for me.

Nice to see your videos on this channel, Chris. I have been following you since 2015 and you were the reason I started my fitness journey. Your workout videos were inspiring to me. I gave my best and trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscle, only to find out that my diet was poor af. I have always eaten 'just enough' thinking it would be sufficient. Reality hit me hard when I started following my first real diet plan form dietarizze, if I remember correctly. The amount of food was huge for me back then, but eventually I got used to it and started getting real results. That's all from me... Once again, thank you for everything you did for bodybuilding. I wish you all the best in your career.

Ummmm, by dieting do you mean bulking or cutting, cuz to gain muscle you need to bulk up rather than to cut, though you can gain muscle eighther way
