Keep our lateral triceps head stuck and don't spread your arms too wide, move it by your shoulder blades and not with your elbow or wrists, use lighter weights and don't put posture pressure on your hips.

It’s been about 5 months since I started taking lifting seriously. I’ve put on easily 15 pounds of muscle at LEAST. I’ve incorporated this and the other dumbbell back workouts on this channel and I have never gotten such good results. Great to through in between the week to mix it up
