Yo Chris Heria. Thanks alot for sharing these workouts. After 4 months, I was able to do 4 rounds. I started 1 round per 3 days on the first month and then 2 rounds per 3 days on the second month, and so on. Now I can do 4 rounds with ease. You are an inspiration man! Thanks!

For a girl, i CAN DO this workout but of course with less weights. I think Chris was using a 30lbs each arm and for the farmer walk he used 100lbs each arm. I can. Only do 15lbs per arm. 50lbs max out for farmer walk. That's a good start yeah? CHRIS: always my motivator without him knowing. Hahaha!! Thanks Chris!

I love this workout. I can really feel it in my core as well as in my arms and shoulders. After one round you can feel the pump. Just about to start round 3 at the school of calisthenics with Mr. Chris Heria.

For a girl, i CAN DO this workout but of course with less weights. I think Chris was using a 30lbs each arm and for the farmer walk he used 100lbs each arm. I can. Only do 15lbs per arm. 50lbs max out for farmer walk. That's a good start yeah? CHRIS: always my motivator without him knowing. Hahaha!! Thanks Chris!

jülide gültekin you don’t need to worry. Women don’t have enough testosterone in their body to build big arms. Your arms will just get toned
