Good afternoon here in Malaysia sir. I have a V 200 year 2012 diesel turbo 2.0 Gw4d20 automatic at 1207200 km on the clock... Few months back hade difficult starting issues so went to the local work shop as was recommended to replace all 4 glow plugs and was replaced. After replacing them aslo same issue difficulty in starting long time to cranking in order to start but when engine is hot she starts up find.. Went home next morning wanted to start her up... Same thing long time cranking until battery gone weak so took my dad's car and tried to jump start but she didn't start only cranking. So I decided to get her towed to my friend's work shop about 2 hours from my house. Was recommended to clean fuel tank and replace all related fuel filters and was replaced. Was also recommended to replace all 4 injectors and high pressure fuel pump was also replaced.. Just took back my suv and she's not running smoothly. The work shop didn't programme all injectors as they didn't know how and they don't know how to do so sir. Do you have advice on how to programme it and how can then do it? Please advise me sir
It definitely needs hooked up to a laptop of some type. Run mine out or desiel and had a local guy hook his one up and had two programs for gw he looked into. Was able to watch fuel pressure injectors. Etc. Injectors are coded for there factory test rate and and your computer needs to know how long it opens to be correct
Did you have to bleed to remove air out? We are in a weird situation. Only cleaned intake manifold and EGR. To remove intake we disconnected fuel line to injector rail. Put back everything as it was. Bleed the system and no start. Bleed the system many times including the procedure for Delphi injectors by disconnecting electric connection to injectors and imv/pump. No luck. When we use starter spray it starts. When I do activation test on injectors hear the sound and crank it then it starts for 1 second. Because injectors operated and dropped some fuel. I don't know what has gone wrong. Any idea? One more thing which is also weird. When we do injector activation using Autel scan tool- we activate #1, #1 operates. but when we acctivate #4- 2 operates same thing with remaining ones. 2-3 3-4 Connection are correct we can't interchange. We had not done injector coding. Infact without putting the scan tool car did not start. Is it necessary to remove return lines from injectors for bleeding?
It seems you have done everything right these engines are a pain to start when you play with the fuel system. I have used up to 3 tins of starting fluid before the engine will run on its own if everything is OK it should eventually start .
Get fuel to top of injectors. Remove glow plugs. Disconnect the wire going to the back of the fuel pump. Pressure reg... Wind over till you have fuel vapor about 200mm high with nice taper at ends. Reinstall glow plugs and hook up wire to fuel pump. Good luck. Run mine out of fuel and took five months to learn this
Have you tried disconnecting the two new injectors and see if the power is restored maybe one of the new injectors has a short dragging the injectors power down.
If the new motor has it own injectors installed then yes it will have to be reprogrammed but if you use your old injectors as long as you put them back in the original cylinders it will be ok.

I need injectors in my own great wall. How has the injector you bought performed since being installed? Just curious before I purchase the same one.
Greatwall V200 Crank no start. No common rail pipe pressure.

No haven't come across that problem it might be a blocked fuel filter

Hey mate, Do you know if there is any app you can get to do the injector coding with an elm32 bluetooth style adapter?
No I have never heard of a bluetooth adapter being able to do that
Hi we had 2 bad injectors replaced them but now not getting any power to any any injectors so no start any ideas

What happens if you change injectors but don't program them in with computer ?
You will need to program each injector otherwise the engine will run poorly and loss of engine power and may damage the engine.
