Love the upgrade, my '23 KTM 300xc cranks waaayyy faster with the AG801, and with your video install was easy and bomber. I just got a 2025 KTM 450xcf and going to go drop a new AG801 in that right now. Thank you for the great video!
My 23 300xc has the same battery and battery tray. It will be getting a upgrade soon. Especially like the idea of using the velcro to help secure the battery!

And why replace the OEM battery with a AG?… lots of work , virtually zero benefit

Great vid and mod. Why not remove the battery hold down and add a piece of foam between the seat and battery?

What’s the issue with the oem battery?
That’s exactly what I would like to know, with a price tag of $14,000. There should be zero problems with anything on this bike!
Is this the same for a 2020 xc?

Yes, the 8 cell is slightly heavier
Why not us the fuel line quick disconnect?

it fits in my 2019....just barely
Did you have to modify your tray at all?
@AdwinTheAllKnowing no I didn't really modify it...the battery sits in very tight...I'm not able to close the top...bit ot very tight and secure...with the seat on its not going anywhere...bike cranks right up everytime even sitting long periods...turn your key on kill switch on ...TAP the starter and wake up the battery wait a few seconds hit starter again bike fires right up
