Lmao thanks man
You missed the commercials before EACH pit!
Thanks!
This needs to be a super bowl commercial
Halftime show. It would be infinitely better than Rhianna.
@@Sovereign_Citizen_LEO Rihanna's performance was amazing
🎯!!!!!
Entertaining car chase. Talk about a well built car. They should use this in their advertising. I feel soooo sorry for the owner of the car. I wouldn’t blame him for wishing the police would have beat the bejeesus out of the car thief. Why do so many people care about the rights of the criminal?
Still Hyundai engineering.
Agreed.. cops should be allowed to beat the stuffings out of these criminals!
That is one tough car 🚗
The car doesn't stall after a pit maneuver… the other officers are supposed to move in and box it in and they didn't.
No cop wants to be the one who got slightly too aggressive and accidentally kills the perp in a crash, instead they just beat up the car until it ran out of HP lol
@@Hugsloth After the pit, you close the gap so they can't leave..no need to crash into them. The other cops seemed to not want to scratch their bumpers.
The DPS hear in Arizona uses a thing called the grappler. It's a strap that rap's around the rear wheel and stops the car cold. No pit needed and a safe stop. The LEO's in California need to look into it. Beat's five Pits.
Good job officers 👍
But, it took too Long to pit maneuver &
Sandwich the stolen car 🥵
It was like cat chasing a mouse. Nearly capturing it ,but the mouse escapes. Then finally the cat pounces on it. Devoured. That was so funny to watch.
I was watching this live on “1rst responder media” RUclips channel. Pit maneuvers were entertaining I have to admit. Hope the car owner gets compensated.... 🚙
@24:15 CHP officer gets pinned between both vehicles.
They pit him how many times, and not block him in!
The best car commercials to prove how tough a vehicle is, are these chases! For real
Why does it take cops so longer to figure out how to block someone in?
So people can make comments like this from their armchair
Police not smart
Exactly. They just like to pit cars, like a cat playing with a mouse.
I was thinking the same thing- what's the make and model of that car. I need to get one of those.
Kia optima, #1 stolen car right now
That car was designed fantastic. Unfortunately, it just had the wrong man behind the steering wheel.
If the driver was feeding stray cats, this would have been over the moment it started. I'm glad you cops are picking your battles lol
Awesome reporting of stopping this criminal.
The only times I see chases going on this long are always in CA!
They need to use the Grappler. Check out Phoenix Arizona Undercover chase. The Grappler gets cars to stop immediately. It’s worth checking out.
20:55- "The rim was grabbing whatever it could". The front rim? Could be rear drive. Or if front drive, could be a limited slip diff.
21:52- During a pit maneuver, "the car is supposed to stall, and it usually does". Not if its missing tires. The metal-to-road rims allow the wheels to slip traction. This prevents the motor from stalling.
23:07- "This is something we have never seen before". You must have a short memory, because there was an incident of a dark colored Mustang that just kept going after several pit maneuvers.
Police did a great job 👏
F them
After the 5th attempt.
I refuse to stop until you pit my car 🚘 into oblivion 😂😂😂😂😂
Only one trained officer to do the PIT maneuver when they have all those cars .
This would have ended sooner if they did a box maneuver with all the cars they have following him and they have all those wide roads with lots of space too .
I used to be LAPD until I took a car to the knee
💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
KIA really stepped up their game!!
Just another day here in LA🙆🏻♀️
That one cop got pinned down between the suspect and the OPS car
😊
7:00 Hey! Where are you going? Stop and get some ice cream!
17:13 Hey! You circled around and passed the same stores again. Are you going to stop and get the ice cream?
They never get away! Every time I watch these LA car chases, they wreck a bunch of cars and then end up face down on the pavement! You would think that word gets around and people would stop doing this! Duh! Get a dish washing job at Denny's ! In ten years you will have more money than the guy who spends ten years in prison! Duh!
he gets his 15 min of fame!
Oh wow!
lol. A modern fuel injected car isn’t going to stall from a pit maneuver
It defies logic why these people keep on going after they know it's all but over for them!
One of the officers was about to get crushed when they pulled the driver out without them first putting the car in park. Not sure what they were thinking.
Survived four pit manuvers. On the fifth he was taken into custody. Have never heard of such a thing. What type of vehicle was that? That is a well built car .
3000 pieces around Compton and Lynnwood area 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What is going on in Los Angeles?
So the video starts pretty much at the end of the pursuit?????
He just said about the driver, he's going to spend the night in jail 🤣🤣
Kia K5 23:11
Maybe the “aerosol” is a can of whipped cream!🤷🏻♀️😂
This is a KIA commercial.
Tough car.
These desk jockeys need to be quiet and let GIL do his job. Geesh
How long can these guy talk about a tire 😮
If the other cars did what they were supposed to do the pit maneuver would have worked the first 5 times.
Being in 2023 and they still haven’t invested in technology that could stop them quicker.
Yup. They could have stopped him with the patrol cars .
Tip: Hire Arkansas State Troopers to train LA cops how to PIT. I swear LA cops get paid by the "chase mile" ... 🙄
Ah, no.
This is Metropolitan Los Angeles County with 10,000,000+ persons, not wide open Arkansastan with Wide open Farmland and a 300+ lbs. Huckabee Cow as the Governor.
LAPD & LASD 🚁 do NOT 🚫 need "schooling" from bumpkinville.
@@CurtisELeMay-wr5miAs Hap Arnold once said, LA and CHP need to grow a pair and PIT perps immediately ... and stop these 48-hour marathon chases that put tens of thousands at risk!
That's a very disturbed young male.
His life is ruined.
police gonna arrest em --- but --- the judge gonna release em
They really used the blinker in the beginning of the video. Dont want any moving violations 😂👌💯
Another day, another pos car chase. Lock him up.
This should have Been over long time ago
What a waste of taxes dollars.
My police career would be over on this one if I was a cop
Two right tires on rims, 30 miles of speed, I think it would be a perfect time to do another pit, he can’t speed of.
I think I can ..I think I can.. I think I can ...🤔
Like a Rock 😂 car commercial. Built like a Tank.
I’m convinced Kia’s do last 😂
FYI to the news anchors. The both of you is ignorant of vehicles. A vehicle doesn't stall based on begin spun out. Also, just because a vehicle loses it tired doesn't mean it still can't drive forward. It takes a long time for the rims to become so hot the hubs lock up or crack the drive axles. Now back to the wondering why the vehicle hasn't stall yet. It's simple it's not a v8 with a carbureter, which is commonly ran and old school vehicles. These engines would have a high chance of stalling after begin spun out. some but not all.
Auto insurance company to the owner .... "it should all buff out just fine."
Slow speed.... Can you say O J? Love from Marysville, California
and the driver only got like a warning and a fine of 5k-25k max... (prob)
*They HAD the opportunity to stop, and they didn't. Bad cop, bad boy wins.*
Who is paying in Los Angeles for the damage on the car?
He will be going to the Spanking Machine at the Special Strict Disciplinary Manners Academy for further discipline!!!
Look, this driver broke all sorts of laws, including the original theft. However, the whole notion that he "backed into a patrol car" is disingenuous. He was backing up to get free of that second fence, and the cop zoomed in to block him. It's not an uncommon tactic for police to conveniently allow/cause such "extra" things to occur so they can add severity to the response and eventual charges. Likely the cop radioed, "he just 'rammed' me."🤨 Additionally, the media also needs to stop with the stupid embellishment. The truth regarding the long list of genuine crimes is good enough.
Cali has the most chases, must be what ppl in Cali do part-time. No experience needed!🤣🤣
Catch and release
Now... THAT was a good movie!!!!
#VIDEOROBOT WAS HERE
So many banners and crap on screen can hardly see whats going on.
It’s a Kia not a Toyota 🤦♂️
Now introducing the all new Toyota Camry, fully equipped with the latest standard Anti-Pit Maneuver capabilities.
Las letras en la pantalla no dejar ver lo gue pasa en la persecution o se lee o se Mira la persecution,
Not enough beating!
No wonder he got caught, fool has his hazard light on.
Good car ad! I wanna see the driver.
Great job hitting it hard enough to do nice 360's every time and keep moving on. Good practice, I suppose. If you like doing it the wrong way over and over.
The Pit maneuver never works. I've never seen it stall a vehicle yet.
The only place I saw that it works are with the Arkansas State Troopers
That's funny you say that. My buddy and I were talking today and he said the same thing. Arkansas doesn't mess around. They have the pit maneuver down to a T.

How many more pits can we afford 😆 🤣 😂
As usual what's the rationale about using over half dozen Police cars 🚔 🚔 🚔 to pursue one single automobile ?
An overkilled amount of manpower and thus our taxes being overspend !
where da moon at
Police toss our spike strips and the car drives for another hour 🤣
"High speed"
hey lady, it's a KIA
and to think that the Grappler would have ended this pursuit within the first 2 minutes.
That would be too much racisms. Grapplers are racist
@@mhaas281 You picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue. Please enlighten us about Racist Grapplers?
@@scarletbegonias2359 good morning dear. you need to look up and learn about the word called sarcasm. Cheers!

14:39 heavy breathing?? What was that!!
Yea these pursuits are the Superbowl commercial equivalent for the brand of car fleeing
I'm a Dodge man, but I never seen anything take a pursuit beating like the new Chevys.
I hate it but...they are like a rock...
Good for VW, they make a sturdy car!
There should be a 3-strikes rule.
That a KIA not a toy taco!
DRINK SOME WINE 😊 SMOKE WITH BLUNT WITH ME 😊
OJ Simpson want to be? No, not a good role model.😢
Wow Kia optima sigue vivo
In the UK he would have been boxed in and stopped long ago!
all parties involved are laughing after the 4th pit
That driver is regular at demolition derby! Just kidding. Yeah, very sorry for the owner of that super car :(
What is that when the officer reaches into his back pocket, then puts it on the windshield... planting stuff?
a bag for the suspects belongings lol
So , occasionally auto renters Back up onto the security spike device at the entry of our rental center & flatten the tires (usually front) accidentally, then we have to move them to mechanic shop. Once you get the car rolling , it moves amazingly well at slow speeds.
8:10 - probably calls the B*TCH , so she ready with bail $$.
Give it up man... DONT BE RUNNING FROM THE LAW, LOL....
He's a pit viper.
why too many restrictions for the law enforcement officers. whinny, crybaby people(criminals rights)make their jobs much harder than they need to be.
