I did a random spin on the play list and landed on this one.... lol. I'm glad I decided to up my carb intake it made this intense workout sooo much bearable. Not feeling sluggish physically or mentally, thus when you kept cranking your 10 I did too and lost track of my resistance increment but kept it going. That was the rougest 10 resistance Ive allowed myself to do with you haha. Feeling good. Can't wait to see what else I can do now that I up my carbs
