#GoodMorning I did feel food this wholeday because of my migraine buy whenI tried to exercise took a deep breath and walk in about 15 minutes, I felt okay and went back to to finish my 22nd daybor yoga practice. Thank you for the daily affirmation as it helps me bring my confidence in me.
I am a Muslim and Ramadan is starting tomorrow for a month. Its a month where Muslims fast during the day, pray a lot and adopt better practices and habits, try to refrain from backbiting, swearing, trying to give more in charity and so on One of my personal development goals for this month will be to do one of these 30days yoga videos everyday so by the end of the month of Ramadan i would have completed the series. Its my first time doing yoga and only discovered your channel a few days ago but I appreciate it & hopefully this message brings you some positivity and makes you realise that what you’re doing could be beneficial to different types of people Excited to try yoga haha ✌🏼
Just some feedback on the red boarder you have on your thumbnails: I'm not sure if you intended for this or if you thought the red was just a good, standout colour but it prevents me from seeing the red bar at the bottom that shows on the RUclips app when you've watched a video before. #goodmorning. I am so glad that I decided to do these daily practice that you provide. As of yesterday I can complete raised both my hand straight up above my head without pain. I am 57yrs old a breast cancer survivor 10+ years and it was hard for years to completely raised my hand without feeling pain. I did not think that 10 minutes a day was going to do much, I was so wrong. Thank you Kassandra.

Thank you! I have been doing this challenge but about about 3 times a week for a few weeks now and my flexibilty has increased from shocking (always been even when i danced) to I can now lift my leg to just under 90 degrees which is amazing. I love these short yoga challenges and I'd never done yoga before I started these. Xx
You truly are a wonderful teacher and I appreciate these 30 days of yoga. Even if I skip a day, I like the idea of focusing on the day I am on and saying wow - I did 25 days, which in the past would have been 0:)
