    In August 2023 I had a complete pec rupture. I documented the comeback which led to the biggest total of my career, 2110 at 308 in May of 2024.
    Right now, I am working towards cutting 80 plus pounds to take care of my unfinished goals in powerlifting.

    mix lemon juice, 1 lemon with peal, little ginger. The best fat burner. Drink a few glasses of water 💦 right after.

      @@hayesdelezene4590 Had a short and ill advised run with it in 2017. Was not a good time lol.

    You have to remember, gym bros only leg press with their feet as high as possible doing only half reps. Have them do one full proper leg press and at most they can prob only do 3 plates each side.
