Today is my third day doing this exercise..no improvement has been seen yet 🥺😔 getting demotivated
I have successfully completed this exercise .. 3days ago my hand was 12.9 inch today it is 11 inch.. thanku sooo much for this amazing thing ❤️❤️❤️

NO INCHES LOST.
I have been doing this workout since a week, I checked after three days and saw no difference, but later increased my count to 30 instead of 20 and did twice a day, after three days I measured, I lost a inch, each body type is different, so try and customize the plan as per your body, listen to your body.

I'm using 2kg dumbells for this workout and it's been 3 days of doing this. I didn't expect to lose any inches in 3 days and that's what happened. But I've planned to do this for 2 weeks. Will update here every 3 days 😁

Keep it up... Track calories if you dint get any result in 3 days.. It means you are eating much more calories
Great results thq so much..... guys dnt giveup if u didn't see results in 3 days every body type is different u will notice slowly,if u continue this workouts after 10 days u will shock so dnt give up ....
