Glad I found this channel. I am an older guy, nearly 60, and recently am transitioning from bodybuilding/powerlifting to a more calisthenics-based program. For me now it's the struggle itself that is the point -- the rest is just bonus. Thanks for the excellent content, Coach!
Yes sir
Hello Bro
I found out your channel today and man
seriously I am amazed
(My notes if any1 wanna use them:)
THE PERFECT PUSHUP = most disadvantaged pushup for your level
- Stop with SAGGY BAG & BOOTY LIFT
- Start at your level (elevated, knee, feet, footless pushups)
- Use your serratus to shove the floor from you
- Round your back like a cat & Use abs to pull core in=Basicaly you are pulling yourself to the hollow position(Footless pushup
- Shoulders are way too past of your hands)
- Fingers spread as much as possible, hands facing outwards with 45° angle
Love ur vids. After 2 knee injuries working my ass back. All the Love & Power to you Lee! ❤
Your videos are the only ones where I need to decrease speed because vast amount of brilliant information is coming in so fast. No second of your vids are a waste. Thank you so much.
Lee, this is the first video where someone came out and called it like they see it which is why my pushups suck, LAZINESS!! Plus, very few people mention the necessity of sleep AND being willing to work around people's issues. I admire how you do this with out being bitter.
Right on
I love it when you relate fitness into real-life habits
Your infos are top notch!
I also appreciate the hidden message.
You are on an other LEVEL!
Of all of your videos, this is one of your best!
Amazing stuff, thanks
Unapologetic truth. 😂 l love it.😂😂😂
Psalm 19:1!!🥰
These are tough. I love them
love these ones, between these, pikes, archer and diamonds, over the past month I've felt a lot of growth in muscles I didn't think I could grow without weights
Thank-you
Great video. Salute ❤
Salute
I have psoriatic arthritis and my wrists/ankles get injured very easily. I have never been able to do pushups with fingers forward...I do have a wide reach for stability. Glad to know it's okay to do pushups with fingers facing out.
Thanks for sharing 🙏🏾
Thanks for being here
Amazing
You need more subscribers…this is ridiculous 🔥💯
Spread the fire
I agree with your emotionally but not logically. The reason why he does not have more subscribers is because he puts it right out there. Consistent hard work followed by evaluation followed by more consistent hard work, etc. Not a sexy easy to digest message yet 100% true.
💯
God bless you.
Yep, those ARE the hardest way to do them ❤😅 absolutely trying them, right now. Adding this, thanks for the coaching; have been watching these videos and applying them these past weeks. Am 47 and in the best shape of my life and getting better every day. I want to do a handstand flare within the next year 🙏
Cool. As we always say, don't mistake videos for instruction 😉 everybody's unique. The handstand down to flare is a good challenge! Go for it!
Im doing it.
Peace brother weiland, I've started with the basic static holds,.. horse stance 60sec,frog hold 30sec(those are challenging),the hollow body 60sec and then super man hold/reverse hollow body 60sec,..until I can afford the training....thanx brother...peace
Been doing the weights thing for awhile. I started my journey by body weight lifts/ calisthenics. Seeing your videos got me wanted to go back and get better at body weight mastery💪🏻
Go for it
@@LeeWeiland I do have mobility issues with my shoulder. (I know , shocking lol) what exercises do you suggest?
My arms when standing can’t go straight up. I’ve tried doing a bridge and I end up hurting my elbows.
Understanding timelines help set expectations...200+ days for connective tissue.
Msg my team too if you want to go into deeper waters
I enjoy your videos How do I start training with you?
I’d love to be this strong
Go for it
Do you know how to strengthen chronic compression vertabrae fractures?? I have about 8 years of experience training and started again in january after my injury in may 2021, it doesn’t hurt while lifting but I still have pain
Whats Up coach ......Omar Pena here , my face hurts from laughing so hard " stop watching videos and train " Just crushed 10 miles in triple digits . Thanks coach these are highly motivating .
🥷💪
Ok. I just managed 10 of those with fair form, but I was not gonna hit 20 let alone 5x20. Color me intrigued, that shift to the tops of the feet is really something
3x10, I might manage another set but I don't think so. 5x20?! Ha, another day
Good job
👍
How can I join your team
Do you have any classes/teams in Orlando,Florida?

Text my team to live the dream 🧙♂️🏆
A couple of decades ago, I used to do 500 pushups 50X10 every day. I haven't done pushups for a long time and starting again and my triceps get pumped but get burning sensation that forces me to stop.
Is this normal?
No idea
Anyone know if he has training location on the East coast of the US, specifically South Carolina
No
Tried the pushup and almost died
Looks like i gotta start from the bottom again
Is 13 of these good for 13 year old
Of course
