    The Jefferson curl changed my life. I was never able to touch my toes before, until I saw your video about the forward roll. I’ve also been doing supermans and the hollow back everyday, along with many animal movement such as the bear, the cat, lizard etc. it’s life changing stuff. Thank you! Your method of teaching people how to move and build strength, flexibility, mobility etc needs to be taught in schools across the western world.

      @@SpliffMeister3000 calisthenics is not more 'healthier' than lifting weights, they just train for different adaptions. Calisthenics giving you more buff in terms of mobility, weightlifting more bone density. Outside of this they're practically giving you the same health benefits.

    Can the superman rock help with anterior pelvic tilting? I want to correct my lower back arch for better squats. I'm already doing other targeted exercises and stretches, but am curious about adding this into my routine.

    • @LeeWeiland
      @LeeWeiland  6 месяцев назад +5

      Supermans are the horse stance for your back. Squats are overdone. Train for Skills instead of squats (the overarching theme of this channel). Or train however you want, up to you.
