I just started your basic moves 3 weeks ago: not quit level 1, but working there. Will post a vid. Am 47, been doing horsetance for 3 years, working on my leg flexibility and core strength all this time and your powerbatics make complete sense🙏, have never done a back flip, that is one of my goals before I hit 50.
I laid down my body weights to use the body yet I haven't lost but gained. Light weight multiple reps to gain in massive strength and speed and endurance. Yet body weight is still the best exercises. Animal movements helps greatly.
Lee, very well presented, this is the second time I've seen this. Im sold on it. I've started doing the "lower ab "pulses " you talked about and I can already tell a difference. Im 65 year old, , but I'm still quite active. See you soon Thank you 👍🏻

Hey Lee,hope you see this. At the weekend I was training for my Everesting on foot challenge. It was cold dark and raining in the early hours, I was descending the climb on slippy steep rocks. I Slipped both legs from under me and quicker than I could think my left hand went back and held me in a one handed bridge. Keeping my body from hitting anything, it was quick and sharp felt as if I had broke my wrist. But that quickly faded and was able to carry on for another 8hrs. I’ve only done your basic moves -round 20 times. Haven’t dedicated to your full training “YET”, but you definitely saved me from injury thanks 🙏🏼
I just started to hang and do pulses, because my shoulders are definitely needing repair and Lee’s wisdom is incredible. It was so hard and fabulous, I simply mentally told myself to “hang on for dear life” and something I can’t describe happened, a strength I didn’t realize would come from it. Wisdom and Power (Christ) took the wheel and looking forward to continuing.
