It's my workhorse lens. Focus shift is horrendous when changing focal length, but you can just shoot wide open with impunity all day every day and it's sharp enough to resolve 6K. Great buy.
This lens is not a full frame lens, it's for APSC and super 35 cameras so you have to add a 1.6 x crop factor to the 18-35, which works out to be roughly 28-56mm. If you put this lens on a full frame camera, it will either not cover the full sensor or the camera will automatically go into crop mode and you lose the full frame benefits . I hope this made sense!
Sometimes the focus randomly loses the face for a second but it's very rare and we either do a retake or leave it as we have a second angle. I just forgot to turn it around haha
Tried the Sigma 150-600 for wildlife. The auto focus on that lens was unusable. It pulsed even when it was set in manual focus mode. So disgusted with that lens I will never buy another Sigma lens.. Ever!!

Yeah it's our workhorse lens too. Perfect for interviews and for the price it's amazing. Nice to hear!
Could you tell me what you mean when you say it has a 56mm option? I am confused. Isn’t it an 18-35mm?

i had that lens. had trouble with focus. but when it does it is tack sharp. btw why balance on the gimbal with the reverse lens hood?

Is that a sigma art lens? We get some issues from time to time but nothing major and it's brilliant 99% of time/1
Autofocusing noise is intolerable
I don't think it's that bad, no mics ever pick it up and there's a lot worse out there I think that are a lot louder
Mine is dead silent.

I have analyzed your RUclips channel and found out some problems, do you want to talk about it for a while?
