Baked Cassava Cake 木薯糕 / kuih bingka ubi kayu
Today I would like to share how to make cassava Cake that is easy and creamy. The cassava cake is not too sweet, soft, springy with a crust at the same time.
Ingredients
Grated cassava - 600g
Coconut milk - 120ml
White sugar - 110g
Butter - 50g

椰奶 - 120ml

Usually coconut milk is added to bake cassava cake as the aroma from the coconut milk will make it taste good 🥰

Just the color little off, as the tapioca I bght was white inside, not yellowish though.. But it tasted gd... My son enjoyed it too.....would appreciate if u could share yr form of making scones ... I've made few after following chefs on utube...would like to try out yr version of scones...tq again... 💐 😊

Hi Caroline, no I didn’t add. Only 4 ingredients, grated tapioca, sugar, butter and coconut milk. The texture is just nice and QQ after it’s cool.. do try at home 😁💕
