Cassava Cake | Vegetarian-Friendly

  • Cassava - 1 kl, grated
    Condensed Milk - 1 can(300ml)
    Coconut Milk - 1 can(350ml)
    Evaporated Milk - 1 can(370ml)
    Melted Butter - 1/2 cup
    Toppings
    Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
    Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
    Grated Cheese
    In a mixing bowl, combine grated cassava, melted butter, evaporated milk, condensed milk, coconut milk.
    Grease baking pan and pour in cassava mixture
    Preheat oven at 350F/175C
    Once oven is ready, bake cassava for 45-60 minutes or until cassava is cooked
    Remove cassava from the oven, then pour in toppings over baked cassava. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
    Remove from the oven. Slice and serve.

    Do you grate the raw cassava or grate cooked cassava, if can't find the grated cassava in the store?
