Great video, and makes sense after playing it and it being quite difficult. I love the new time-stamp breakdown thing you've added to the video really helps looking for the info I wanted when I returned to it. just noticed it. Good stuff!
Super hard game, but I finally won a 5 player game yesterday:) My tactic was to spread everyone else with the navigator and then excavate as many tiles as I could before things got too bad. Tunnels were invaluable endgame :) I will try a video soon, but I've learned a few things from your video so thankyou :)
Yes, it is and sooo much fun! That's a very good idea, it's key to open as many tiles before the sand creeps in; and if you open the tiles early it's fantastic. I'm glad it was helpful, enjoy making the video :)
Slight rule misconception: The Wind Blows card doesn't actually move the storm itself, it 'blows' other cards into the storm. So in effect, the storm moves in the opposite direction. Otherwise, great video
Wonderful! Content keep growing at an impressive rate! Tone and explanation seems to come smoother, and more naturally also, as new videos comes out! GG! Keep going! Big up to Peter for his amazing acting as "the cat" and his impressive charisma! Hahaha. I'll continue to share this "deserved to be known" channel!
Technical question here: If the navigator moves the explorer can he/she move them diagonally or is moving diagonally exclusive to the explorer moving themselves?
Hi Matthew, Absolutely, the navigator can move the explorer diagonally or move the climber through blocked tiles - and in this instance the climber can use his/her power to take along 1 other player - including the navigator. Hope this helps :)
Thank you so much. Very clear instructions. Love the cat in the board game box 😊
Thank you very much, glad you enjoyed it. It's such a great game :)
Bad things are definitely going to happen!!! Played this for the first time tonight and loved it...we all died but we had a great time!
Haha! Indeed, I am the same, even if we lose, I don't care because it's so much fun.
Great tutorial, thanks, played this in a board games cafe for the first time today and really enjoyed it!

why does the box says 2-5 players when there are 6 characters cards and pion ?
I'd say it's for variety, changes the game depending which character you have.
14:33 That's me trying to convince everyone I'm awake. (I'm not)
I believe you move the tiles in the direction of the storm, not the storm itself.
I am sure you are right :) as long as it's consistent one way or the other, it shouldn't affect the outcome.
Whoops think I've been moving my storm the wrong direction...
Do the direction that is easiest for you. It should be the same either way.
