We took a road trip north to the Los Angeles area and I couldn't pass up an opportunity to check out the beaches there. Episodes 6, 7 and 8 are from that road trip.
Today we're at Venice Beach (lovingly nicknamed "GTA 5 Beach") and it was quite the adventure. Like the previous episode, it was incredibly windy out, but it seems like the fuzzy mic is doing it's job.
I believe I covered close to 5 miles (8.05 kilometers) round trip in the sand. I'd really like to go back during low-tide and get out into the surf a bit more.
Either way, we met some really interesting characters and had a great time... Especially this kind man who insisted on buying one of the earrings we found!
