This one was awesome! Had to rest couple seconds here and there but overall very doable. My favorite so far. I love hitting glutes and abs, it's where I see the best results in strength and tone.
I don't know how you do this, Anna. I ran a marathon 2 weeks ago, but this was compared to your workouts a walk in a park. My quads and glutes were burning so hard in just a few minutes. 🔥🔥🔥 Your workouts make me so much stronger - thank you for your amazing work 💖💖💖

I love a glute and ab hiit workout! Yours are the best! Thank you Anna! Some side leg lifts added in at the flute part would be a great addition to add to this workout! Otherwise it was perfect! hit all bases, wasn't too boring or repetitive and left me dripping at the end! 😅🥵
