I dont think I will get a answer but I ran into a problem, after adding a "nitro" effect to the eyes and sword of my Wallpaper and having a "breathing(shake)" effect applied the sword and eyes move but the nitro stays in place, not moving with it. Is there any way of making it stick to the sword and eyes?
Nitro is so annoying to work with. :P I haven't used that effect in quite a while, but if I recall correctly it works a little different from the other effects. Nitro draws the whole effect on your wallpaper, but only shows it on the places you allowed it to show. Usually if you put your effect above the shake effect (in the list on the right, the order of effects ABSOLUTELY MATTERS!) then it will travel along with the shake effects, but so far Nitro is the only effect that doesn't do that as much if at all. You could try replacing it with the Lightning asset and setting the opacity and playback rate slower, however an asset will also not move with your effects, since it's treated as a layer on top of your wallpaper. P.S. I do read all comments, it just takes a while sometimes :P

so when i use Opacity Mask, if i scroll the work i did just goes away and then if i don't scroll and then use wall paper to see what it looks like the masking is way off, what do i do to fix this, i can't find anyone else with this problem
Hmmm this sounds more like a problem within the app itself, not so much a mistake on your part. I highly suggest posting this on the Steam dicussion page, the developers are really active and know way more on the technical side of things than I do.
How do i export it to a video file without publishing it ?????? i wanna post it on insta later, cz i did my painiting and this is way easier to animate!
I've already uploaded one! Unless you're talking about adding fire as an asset, however Wallpaper Engine already has 2 pre-made fire assets you can add and alter to your liking.

You can't export it as a video. You have to apply it to your desktop and record it. I use OBS to record my desktop.
