It was really cool and wholesome to hear you and your buddy talk about your long friendship. Friends since childhood is pretty rare for some people and its nice you guys can still hang out and reminisce about early times. I have one friend from the neighborhood I grew up in and it's funny and fascinating how one of us will still randomly recall a childhood memory we were both a part of yet only one of us remembers it so clearly. So it's almost like we end up finding memories the other had just forgotten about.

These people live in a predominantly white, religious area of the United States. It is also far from urban centers and lifestyles. There is little to no degeneracy, crime, and all the things that come along with modern culture. It’s harder in other parts of the country, but you have to be a man and create the world you want to live in in those places. Build it and they will come, teach yourself how to build, build something cool, join an off-road in club and you will make the friends you want. I’m doing that right now.

Why I like FabRats and Matt’s off road recovery.
In High school in the 50s my friend “Leadfoot” worked at a welding and ornamental iron shop. I hung out there a lot and have many fond memories. The owner was a talented fabricator. He fixed cars and motorcycles and built a lot of interesting stuff including a C Gas 50 Chevy. The shop car was a ‘54 Ford wagon with a Cadillac engine and a Packard 3 speed “on the column”. The linkage was backward so 1st gear was where 3rd should be and reverse was where 2nd should be etc. We won a few drag races in that thing while pulling a trailer loaded with a bunch of welding gear. Good times. Your videos remind of that wonderful period in my life.

Three of us friends were just reminiscing about one of our builds. It was dubbed the "Death Mobile." Old water heater cut in half with 2.5" well pipe as axle housings for way undersized axles mounted solid to lawn mower tires. It was low and squat but we clocked it at 50 mph one time. GOOD TIMES!

Amen, I don't see how kids now will have memories of anything but Video games. They will never know how it feels, to talk your younger brother into jumping out of the hay loft with an umbrella, or making a jump out of rail road ties 3 ft high and the ramp is a 2x6, Going as fast as you can on a bike down hill, and miss the ramp, and doing it several times, thinking we'll hit it this time.

When we all turned 16 last year we went sledding behind my buddy’s dads truck in a field and I must of got 5 ft of air. Or the time I played tag on a bunch of hay bails when I was 12. All the times me and my buddies went to Walmart and got kicked out because we stop boxing gloves and boxed eachother😂😂 probably a pain in the ass for the works this was when we where 12 would bike over to Walmart when it was -20 and fought eachother😂😂. I can’t say video games are taking up a lot of are childhood most of the time nobody hangs unless it’s the weekend and summers my entire life have been boring except for when I go camping. The grade 7 summer was great me and my best friend played basketball everyday and then we joined basketball in school in grade 8 even though we never played it once we started and are school won citys
