the windows xp and vista ie icon looks great. also, I remember drawing on Web pages with the non-chromium msedge unfortunately to do it with the current edge you need an extension like on chrome

I miss the "blue E with a yellow ring around it" IE logos. The current Edge is way better than any IE or older Edge as a browser, so it is just nostalgia, but still.

I always wanted to upgrade to IE7 every times I reinstalled windows XP, but had to back ver 6 as it was really heavy for my PC, wannabe! :P
Windows XP icon is beautiful of Internet Explorer.
I like the implication in this video that Microsoft Edge is just Internet Explorer with a different name...because until they switched to chromium that was literally what it was LOL.
Also, kinda funny how really early IE logos had the modern-day minimalism look, and then they scrapped it...then brought it back again.
ms edge original and ie are different... they use completely different engines and shit, the only similarity between these two is the download ui being the same
@@ferro9929 Uh no, original Edge used the same engine as Internet Explorer, Trident. It was a new fork of Trident that was given the name EdgeHTML, sure, but it was still a version of Trident which is what Internet Explorer used. Edge also had some of the same compatibility issues with certain things that IE also had compared to competing browsers.
_Current_ Edge is what uses completely different engines and all, since it's Chromium-based, but original Edge was still similar to IE in that realm.
The 0:34 one looks like new one for me.

Actually, the Internet Explorer Vista Beta icon looks good, but literally the newer Windows like 10-11 have some icons that were kind of built in the computer when you buy it doesn’t have these realistic looks icons like the glossyness too.

Internet explorer will always Hava a place in my heart because it was my main browser up to 2020 I used it from my first windows 7 computer.
Really good I actually remember using ie in windows 7 times So much nostalgia and annoyance at the same time.

If you want proof that Jesus and the Bible are true look a documentary called “Ron Wyatt discoveries 2022” on RUclips and a RUclips channel called Expedition Bible. They both examine archeological sites and discoveries that prove the Bible, and even reference secular sources. (Just don’t convert to 7th day Adventism after watching the documentary) And lastly if you don’t know the gospel and want to be saved search up “abc’s of Salvation Teenmissions” on Google and it should be the first or second result. Windows Vista Beta icon is the best. It's a shame they never used it in the actual version. It looked like made of glass, so beautiful and modern, super high resolution for that time...

Internet Explorer was the Browser I usually used in the good old days. Today, I still use Internet Explorer sometimes but been going along and using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Opera. On old operating systems I have to either use another browser or latest version of Mozilla Firefox as you get the This page can't be displayed error.
Edge now becomes my primary & favorite browser....

Microsoft edge and internet explorer are different, microsoft edge was created with the same code open called chromium ( the same chromium that made google chrome)
