Your channel change my mind from never joining the military to planning on signing up. However I'm scared about going inside the ''confidence chamber'' is their any tips or advice you can give me?

Just to be fair, not here to encourage, but to inform. But happy to help. to explain the confidence chamber, it is similar to getting qualified for armed watch standing. You have to be OC sprayed (pepper spray but on steriods) before you can use OC spray. So it is more so an understanding. It sucks, and the reaction varies from person to person. But i definitely reacted to it. Embrace it, know that it is very short term and controlled.
