Idk how he sleeps at night knowing that his work was used in this way. Blows me away how some people literally don’t care where their money comes from or where their “fruits” go.
Read Christopher Browning's book _Ordinary Men._ Reserve police (who didn't even carry guns when they worked normally) went from the "officer friendly" type, to the kind of "men" who would strip a pregnant woman naked & shoot her in the head in the middle of the street. This happened within *months,* not decades. The future is written in history.
Also, what kind of person railroads somebody into jail for their own personal gain (award, promotion, and/or pay-raise) and has no problem with it. That is the sign of a very sick person.
Yep, I'm always saying that about the armed security(Who probably have, or have access to shit that we don't) defending politicians while they tell us lowly peasants we don't need a gun for protection.
And the ATF wonders why they aren't trusted. On the surface this seems likely to be overturned on appeal but even if that happens, the ATF will reguard it as a victory. His life will be ruined. Keep in mind, the process is the real punishment.
Need to contact Timcast. They're located in Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia but more importantly they get over 30K consecutive viewers per night & thousands in superchats. They would *absolutely* throw their support behind this young man who's being railroaded. They often talk about the issue of crossing state lines (with guns) because of their location.
The only issue with that is that Tim isn't that knowledgeable about guns, but loves talking about them with authority. As you probably know that's a dangerous combination for someone with a platform as big as his.
It doesn't matter, they play by no rules. We are dealing with communists. They don't call themselves that, but that is what they are. Only one way to get rid of them as far as I know.
"Constructive possession" is one of those made up regulations by the ATF that the Supreme Court just said was unConstitutional. Both on 2A grounds, and the grounds that federal agencies cannot make up regulations that are not specified in the original law.
This is crazy. I haven't heard a word about this and I live in "military city USA". (San Antonio TX). All of this is going too far. ***PS- The Supreme Court has already ruled that any restrictions on 2A must meet the requirements Text, History and Tradition. Thus the whole basis of this case in unlawful and unconstitutional. The NFA and GCA do NOT meet the Text, History or Tradition of the Second Amendment. He needs a good attorney. This is the case that will bring down the NFA and GCA.
This is one of the scariest cases of manufacturing a "criminal" yet. I will donate. Hopefully we can get some good organizations to help him out as well.
Lol that’s funny, an MP has the knowledge to manufacture machine guns. Most MPs I knew in the Army didn’t even possess the knowledge how to field strip an M4 and clean it, let alone build one from scratch
You would be shocked how many military members that have this very issue. I retired in 1999 and was also a horrible shooter when I first joined. I had to go buy my own 1911 .45 to become proficient with my military weapon. I also bought my own AR style , again to get better. For non-combat arms types firing a weapon once a year isn't enough to become proficient with your weapon. These comments aren't rare events either.
How is it that the “single cut kit” was sold, being non-compliant, without it coming back on whoever was supposed to do the demilitarization, which I believe is supposed to be supervised? Sounds fishy as in entrapment.
ATF takes over GunBroker accounts and sells "illegal" stuff in order to entrap people who buy them. GunBroker is horribly compromised and people should not be using the site.
This is horrible! I'm glad you did this , the way this was portrayed he seemed guilty. This sucks and I definitely know how it can be totally blown out of proportion!
So they made the RPG into a single shot rifle. I bet they made sure the jury was as firearms ignorant as they could possibly be. This is an absolute bunch of BS.
Extremely disturbing and the agency’s involved with all of these BS charges should be in prison for knowingly and willingly manipulating everything possible to fabricate a case against an innocent man.
I love how the prosecutor and the ATF are patting themselves on the back on twitter and in the news for prosecuting him. Of course the media is not reporting on the descrepancies like you show in the video.
and of course this video is not reporting on the complete facts. it never crossed your mind that 12 people on a jury didn't think there was a problem with this? and then on top of that, a judge sentencing him on 10 years EACH didnt raise your suspicions that there is clearly way more to the story than "Poor guy was trying to open a museum and he was just collecting inert items" "Court documents describe a series of controlled undercover purchases the ATF made using the confidential informant, paying Adamiak thousands of dollars for shipments of illegal firearm components. Investigators were also able to link Adamiak to the dealings through an email he used to communicate with the confidential source, as well as the mailing address where Adamiak received payments for the shipments, the affidavit states. So, the ATF unlawfully stole something that was legally owned by an innocent citizen, then by their own definition illegally manufactured it into something that they say is illegal to own then wrongfully and maliciously blamed the innocent owner of the legally possessed items for the ATF's own criminal activity. Well at least they were nice enough not to murder his family or pets in front of him. I guess they are getting better.
So the ATF entrapped him, this is how Ruby Ridge started. This is when you ask for a trial in front of a judge, because juries in some cases like this are stupid.
They didn't even really entrap him with the RPG. It's like they seized a legal length shotgun, cut the barrel down THEMSELVES, and then said, "see, your shotgun is now illegal and you're going to prison!" I'm actually kind of speechless over this.
Surely he can sue the ATF for liable in addition to defamation of character in at least some of the ATF's bogus & trumped up charges. Attorney, William Kirk has a channel here on RUclips called Washington Gun Law. He would be most interested in this case I'm sure.
Sickening. How men can do this to another innocent man is beyond sickening. Only a Sick evil vile demonic soul can put another human being through something like this. @Mrgunsngear Thank you so much for putting this video out there and helping to inform the public of this egregious miscarriage of justice. I cannot believe that a man with such an impeccable service record, lawful intentions, and no criminal history can be railroaded simply because a rogue government agency wants to make as many big headlines as possible in order to increase their own power and relevance. I hope that his case is appealed and overturned with record swiftness, and he gets to return to his life (as close to it as he can) as soon as possible. I think that in cases like this, if people are found innocent after the ATF's ridiculous overreach, they should be able to civilly sue the ATF, with the proceeds coming from the ATF's own coffers, in hopes to stem the tide of meritless cases they want to bring against everyone they can.

It seems to me that those flats would be pretty difficult without the proper tools, rivets, and presses, in order to bend those flats into a firearm would be extremely difficult to assemble into an actual machine gun, but I don't know what it actually takes to do so, it just looks like it would be hard to do what they are claiming for anyone to be successful in assembling into an actual firearm.

Needs to be sent to the Supreme Court. Having already read this report, this is problematic for the common AR-15 owner. Most civilian AR-15’s come with full auto profile carriers in them. Some even have the auto pocket already milled out but just lacking the third pin hole. How can this not also apply to those guns as well?
I must admit, when I first saw that story in the MSM I bought it hook line and sinker. I guess I just continue to hope this kind of thing will end before our nation is destroyed.
so what you are saying is: after being robbed, his the legal defense had zero backbone, he had no specialized council and the ATF misled and duped the jury.
If Mr GNG is correct about the Title 1 stipulation for the grenade launchers, then this Sailor’s lawyer was incompetent…and/or the Judge was a corrupt co-conspirator of the BATFE.
If the defense atturkey is found to be incompetent, he should be disbarred. The judge should be investigated for incompetence &/or corruption and collusion with the ATF
This is huge. If this stays, the ATF can come to anybody's house and say because a powerdrill can put a third hole in your AR15, now it is readily convertable. THEY modified his guns, not him
These are exactly the cases that FPC and other orgs need to be taking up for defense. Very low hanging fruit that would be very easy with competent representation.

There isn't any. They are communists, they don't care about logic.
Good lawyers can sell sodemy to nuns these days but this man was force to depend on public pretender should be ashamed of hisself if they’d done 2% of the research on this case hell just talked to anyone with a ffl they could’ve easily beat this case
Yeah. Remember that next time you say the atf is dumb. They have special intentions.
Tamerping with "evidence"?
My main question is what kind of attorney did he have ? These charges should have been dropped if the ATF did what is stated . ALL gun parts & manufacturers need to get on board to fight and overturn this case because the next products ATF goes for might be yours .
The atf needs to unexist
Say it louder
And anyone who enforced or politically allowed unconstitutional laws to be enforced should be held accountable
@@Jcikokalol Jurisdictional authority resides with the people. The ten articles making up the bill of rights was for the people to enforce. Basically he was sent to jail for practicing our 2nd Amendment, this is an injustice! He did not comment any crime!
No, the 2nd amendment is a restriction upon government. The ATF needs to practice the 2nd amendment...as in stop infringing.
@@ChrisEpler They are a federal agency idk how likely they are to be gotten rid of. Especially since all presidents since Theodore Roosevelt have been visibly anti-gun (FDR, Clinton, Obama, Biden) or a closet anti-gunner (Reagan, Bush #1 & #2, and maybe Trump?). Trump might get rid of the FBI and possibly CIA due to his raids on his homes, ATF will be like 80% likely to stay. Don't bend over i guess though.
Just wow... Absolutely crazy. We need to help get him the defense he needs. ATF is long overdue to be abolished. Thanks for going through this in so much detail Mike.
Who the hell is the “Gunsmith” doing these “alterations to evidence”??? Something I have always told myself that I will never work for a organization that I feel is evil.
That is the sign of a very sick person.
an* organization.
Yep, I'm always saying that about the armed security(Who probably have, or have access to shit that we don't) defending politicians while they tell us lowly peasants we don't need a gun for protection.
@Nphekt the love of money definitely does
And the ATF wonders why they aren't trusted. On the surface this seems likely to be overturned on appeal but even if that happens, the ATF will reguard it as a victory. His life will be ruined. Keep in mind, the process is the real punishment.
Almost wonder if the single cut kit on gun broker was cut in the ATF weapons lab. Demilled by Alphabet Org. Sounds about right to me.

I just watched this and came to make this exact comment.
ive seen many single cut kits on gun broker, absolute fed ops and i always knew it
Sounds like entrapment. Sop for the alphabet people. Just look at the whittmer “kidnapping”.
That was my first thought too
Defund the ATF!
That’s a legit idea!!!
I just emailed them
Tim pool is a papist pawn.

Rules for thee but not for me
"Constructive possession" is one of those made up regulations by the ATF that the Supreme Court just said was unConstitutional.
I didn't hear anything about this and I live in that area......and a Leo. This is wild.

This is very scary. They don't even go by their own corrupt rules.
How is it that the “single cut kit” was sold, being non-compliant, without it coming back on whoever was supposed to do the demilitarization, which I believe is supposed to be supervised? Sounds fishy as in entrapment.
That is the ATF Way.
ATF probably planted it on there the set him up.
I said the same thing.
ATF takes over GunBroker accounts and sells "illegal" stuff in order to entrap people who buy them. GunBroker is horribly compromised and people should not be using the site.

I love how the prosecutor and the ATF are patting themselves on the back on twitter and in the news for prosecuting him. Of course the media is not reporting on the descrepancies like you show in the video.
and of course this video is not reporting on the complete facts. it never crossed your mind that 12 people on a jury didn't think there was a problem with this? and then on top of that, a judge sentencing him on 10 years EACH didnt raise your suspicions that there is clearly way more to the story than "Poor guy was trying to open a museum and he was just collecting inert items"
"Court documents describe a series of controlled undercover purchases the ATF made using the confidential informant, paying Adamiak thousands of dollars for shipments of illegal firearm components.

Entrapment and false chargers
Thank you for bringing this to light.
Thank you for helping this guy !
Donated! Thank you Michael for your tenacity and integrity. A powerful combination.
The AFT is way out of control. So what do "We the People" do about it? Thanks for the share!! #fastandfurious
So the ATF entrapped him, this is how Ruby Ridge started. This is when you ask for a trial in front of a judge, because juries in some cases like this are stupid.
They didn't even really entrap him with the RPG. It's like they seized a legal length shotgun, cut the barrel down THEMSELVES, and then said, "see, your shotgun is now illegal and you're going to prison!"
I'm actually kind of speechless over this.
Scary! How is it legal for the ATF to take his military pay, and also sabotage him into not being able to afford a good defense?
This is insane. Does the ATF have nothing else better to do? Waste of tax $.
This is absolutely infuriating
Surely he can sue the ATF for liable in addition to defamation of character in at least some of the ATF's bogus & trumped up charges. Attorney, William Kirk has a channel here on RUclips called Washington Gun Law. He would be most interested in this case I'm sure.
