And the 13th juror who is the judge could’ve thrown this case out had he thought the verdict was wrong - but he did not he also thought that he was guilty. He is only an. It seems to me that those flats would be pretty difficult without the proper tools, rivets, and presses, in order to bend those flats into a firearm would be extremely difficult to assemble into an actual machine gun, but I don't know what it actually takes to do so, it just looks like it would be hard to do what they are claiming for anyone to be successful in assembling into an actual firearm.
guy was selling kits that had only been cut once (many with only a saw), the law specifically requires them to be cut at least 3 times with a torch. Less than 3 times, and the ATF considers them "repairable". What's more is that he was boasting about it on several internet forums. A basic Google search (which I would hope you would do prior to engaging in business) tells you that legally, those are MG's. The Laws are illegal, but that doesn't stop them from trying to enforce them; so you need to be at least 10% smarter than the average criminal if you don't want to live at club-fed. Of all the shady BS the ATF engages in, this case is fairly cut and dry. "Constructive possession" is one of those made up regulations by the ATF that the Supreme Court just said was unConstitutional. Both on 2A grounds, and the grounds that federal agencies cannot make up regulations that are not specified in the original law.

So the ATF entrapped him, this is how Ruby Ridge started. This is when you ask for a trial in front of a judge, because juries in some cases like this are stupid.
They didn't even really entrap him with the RPG. It's like they seized a legal length shotgun, cut the barrel down THEMSELVES, and then said, "see, your shotgun is now illegal and you're going to prison!"

The ATF didn’t convict him. A jury of 12 of his peers ALL agreed he was guilty! And the 13th juror who is the judge could’ve thrown this case out had he thought the verdict was wrong - but he did not he also thought that he was guilty. He is only an. E-6 with 10 years in the Navy. It’s not like he’s making a whole lot of money in the first place he’s not gonna be able to afford an attorney to fight a large court battle in Federal Court.

It seems to me that those flats would be pretty difficult without the proper tools, rivets, and presses, in order to bend those flats into a firearm would be extremely difficult to assemble into an actual machine gun, but I don't know what it actually takes to do so, it just looks like it would be hard to do what they are claiming for anyone to be successful in assembling into an actual firearm.
guy was selling kits that had only been cut once (many with only a saw), the law specifically requires them to be cut at least 3 times with a torch. Less than 3 times, and the ATF considers them "repairable". What's more is that he was boasting about it on several internet forums. A basic Google search (which I would hope you would do prior to engaging in business) tells you that legally, those are MG's.
The Laws are illegal, but that doesn't stop them from trying to enforce them; so you need to be at least 10% smarter than the average criminal if you don't want to live at club-fed. Of all the shady BS the ATF engages in, this case is fairly cut and dry. Trying to make this out to be more than it is, in order to inspire outrage and bring out the idiots who are happy to post "shoot the ATF" (not my words) on internet forums is just foolish.

The guy lives in my neighborhood right across the street from a friend of mine and when they busted him there were at least 40 AFT FBI local police and they hit him early in the morning. Oh yeah they had the local news teams there with them....ATF is out of control. Quick side note In our neighborhood all our houses are on slabs and we are constantly replacing our ceramic tile floors in fact another neighbor has a floor tile business so my guess is the tile saw he had is for just that...cutting tile.
