So, let me get this straight… the AFT took this guy’s not-firearms parts, brought them to their state-of-the-art gun making lab, then one of the AFT’s expert gun scientists made the items into firearms with their state of the art lab and tools, thus THEY turned the items into functioning firearms, and HE’s the guilty?! ***PS- The Supreme Court has already ruled that any restrictions on 2A must meet the requirements Text, History and Tradition. Thus the whole basis of this case in unlawful and unconstitutional. The NFA and GCA do NOT meet the Text, History or Tradition of the Second Amendment. He needs a good attorney. This is the case that will bring down the NFA and GCA.

"Court documents describe a series of controlled undercover purchases the ATF made using the confidential informant, paying Adamiak thousands of dollars for shipments of illegal firearm components.
Investigators were also able to link Adamiak to the dealings through an email he used to communicate with the confidential source, as well as the mailing address where Adamiak received payments for the shipments, the affidavit states. "

I cannot believe that a man with such an impeccable service record, lawful intentions, and no criminal history can be railroaded simply because a rogue government agency wants to make as many big headlines as possible in order to increase their own power and relevance. I hope that his case is appealed and overturned with record swiftness, and he gets to return to his life (as close to it as he can) as soon as possible. I think that in cases like this, if people are found innocent after the ATF's ridiculous overreach, they should be able to civilly sue the ATF, with the proceeds coming from the ATF's own coffers, in hopes to stem the tide of meritless cases they want to bring against everyone they can.
