Wow! So fascinated! The little girl did well like a professional TV anchor, and her father or mother looks like an expert cameraman and video editor! Good teamwork guys! Perfect!
You are ADORABLE! Jasma, You are so well spoken and confident in you’re delivery. Loved watching this video and learning how to make this recipe. Thank you!!
That's pretty weird... red dates should be like a dark red but definitely not black, and it should be dried as well. Are you sure you bought dried red dates? You should be able to find it in most supermarkets.
@@JasmaFusionCuisine it was written in chinese which i don't understand but i'm guessing it was preserved cause it was very sweet but when i boiled it all the taste was gone. BTW how long can i store this soup in the fridge?
Oh, well if it was dried and ready to eat than it does not need to be boiled. For the soup, I would say about two days, although it is best eaten fresh.

Well Kid you surprise me. Wonderful job done. i give you one more star = 6 stars
Thanksss:)
Here is a kind Suggestion, to remove the pits/seeds inside the red dates prior to adding into the pot.
lotus seed should be added into boiling water to soften , not cold water , and not soaked in cold water
you boil your fungus in the same water you boil the seeds, wouldn't the watee be bitter and the fungus will absorb the bitterness?
Is it good to make it daily meal dessert?
goji berries do not need high heat - just residual heat
That's right it is better to add on goij berries last 5 to 10 minutes before serving to maintain the crunchy tastes.
Can any leftovers be eaten the following day or how long will it last in the refrigerator?
Hi can men eat this soup ?
Bravo!
Making this, however, can you use something else if you dont have goji berries?
Honestly you can add any sort of dried berries like raisins or just leave it out all together
@@JasmaFusionCuisine Okay thank you, I love the recipes. The soup is yummy.
What if i skip rock sugar?like it with pinch of salt...
The soup just wouldn't be sweet but ofcourse you can play around with the flavour however you like!
wash the white fungus first, then soak so it won't absorb dirty water
I just bought red dates, on the packet it said red dates but it is black and not dried. Can i still use it?
