      因為遷就雪耳時間所以煮半小時, 煲45分鐘至1小時較好.

    i think not well done the pork and the white fungus

      I cut the pork into piece and dig with chili soy sauce tasted very good, it's well done. This soup should be cook for 30 minutes to 45 minutes, 30 minutes is ok 45 is better but you should give 2l water if 45. Thanks for watching!
