Bless you Meagan! That was easy. The manual was confusing. Clearly I had something in the lock position that prevented me from pulling the legs out. I so appreciate you doing this and hope it helps others too 😊❤️.
I never dreamed my video would be so much help to so many people! I agree, it was intimidating at first! Happy to report I still love and use my chair A LOT!
I would say without hesitation this machine is the best money I have ever spent on a fitness machine. I am stronger and leaner. Combining this type of workout with a sensible diet has helped me more then anything else I’ve tried. I find the work outs enjoyable so I’m more likely to do them then some of the more intense workouts I used to do in my younger years… like P90 or Insanity. Good luck on your decision!
