I am thinking in buy a Pilates chair, I recently got diagnosed with prolapse and I need to find safe exercises to strength my pelvic, legs and but I saw the first time this machine on another you tube video but I live on a small studio and you were great showing how I can fold and put the exercise machine on a small area 👍
I always put the springs back to their original position before using it otherwise I'd definitely lose them! I bought the sculpting handles today...and tried to fold the chair up with them still on...yeah that wasn't happening ☺

Hi! I just got the chair and am struggling with opening it up. I’m pressing that black nob in but can’t push the legs out at the same time. Maybe you could show us how you open it up? Thanks!
Hi! Glad you liked it! It takes up a space about 32 inches long by 25 wide. You’ll need to make side you have room to walk around it as some of the moves in the Total Dream workout require you to be positioned at the back of the chair with legs extended while lying on it. Hope this helps!
Hi, I’m hoping you can help me out. My push button has fallen off due to use from my 4 grandkids who love the machine but I can’t figure out how to reinstall it? I think I found all the parts so should be fairly easy? Thank you.
Hi Maria! My push button fell off one time so yes, I think I can help with this! Did you find a small spring? Once you have the spring, you put the spring into the button piece and then insert the button into the hole on the machine and tighten it by screwing it in. Now… don’t tighten it all way tight bc it needs to have room to allow the spring to move. Hope this helps you!
