I received my chair a few days ago. I absolutely love it I had a Pilates performer years ago, but I didn’t have the space for it. Anyways, I was given a website where you can access all the the sex DVDs. It says there’s no address can you help me
Does anyone else have trouble doing The Pike? I can never get the pedals up off the ground. 😔
Practice w sliders first and then work up to it!
For deeper ab work I out an extra set of springs on my chair and unhook them when I'm done my pikes, etc. I've had my chair for three years and it hasn't damaged it using extra springs. I have a Wunda Chair and did the same thing with that one.
