    I am so happy to find your Wunda Chair classes. I bought one two years ago and have been frequently looking for online classes. This is the first time your lessons came up for me in Switzerland (I’m American living overseas). I have a combo chair so I was unsure if my spring load was the same as yours but overall the lesson was great. ❤

      Yay I am so freaking thrilled you found me!! I have a few members in Switzerland. A combo chair is a little different but you can absolutely make adjustments because really no matter what chair you use everyone will have to adjust the springs to fit their level and needs in each exercise. You can always ask me here if you have questions about which springs settings for a particular exercise. And if you're an OPC member we drop a new 50 min Wunda chair class each month. And I can look at you doing an exercise on your chair and provide more tailored feedback. For springs, mostly when hands are on its mostly 1 spring in the middle but it should feel supportive without overpowering. Two feet or 1 foot 1 top 1 bottom or move the top one down to the middle if too heavy. xx~LL

    This was a great set. As a new Pilates chair owner when we changed springs that lost me a bit. My chair is different with the arm handles. It came with 4 springs 2 red and 2 yellow.

      oh wow, 2 red and 2 yellow...I haven't heard of those colors on a chair. Usually its black and white. What chair do you have? Can you remove the handles? If you can that'll make it easier. Then consider heavier spring settings when feet are on the pedal and lighter when hands are. If you're an OPC member you can take a video of your chair and you doing an exercise and I can provide some feedback xx~LL

      @@OnlinePilatesClasses thank you much. I will do that. It’s a Pilates chair pro, bought on Amazon. I feel that’s not a helpful name. It looks very similar to the Wunder. Arm handles and optional 2 steps.

      @@angeliquehernandez2780 I googled and looks like they've had a few iterations. If you can remove the handles that will help you take Wunda chair classes. Also, if two pedals can work as one pedal that will make it make more sense. The springs I'm unfortunatley not familar with. So, use the springs that make it heavy and that support but don't over power and then a lighter but still provides resistance option for when your hands are on the pedal. Or when I say 1 spring. Hope that helps!! xx~LL

    I want to watch a video for beginners for 50minute with any apparates

      Hey Nataile, unfortunately that wouldn't be very possible. There aren't enough beginner exercises to do a 50 min workout on most apparatus. Also, when you're new to Pilates you don't necessarily need 50 minute workouts. Instead, more that you need to focus on the fundamentals and doing 15-20 min workouts daily will help you build the foundations you need to level up to an all levels or intermedaite workout.

    I would like to know if this workout is okay to do for women with osteoporosis.

      It depends on what a person's doctor allows. For many flexion and side bending isn't ideal. So some moves will need to be omitted and replaced with others that are a tall back or extension. But, there is still plenty for someone with osteoporosis. I have a full live video talking about what someone with osteoporosis can do
