    like the work out but it always helps to know where to place the springs as I am a beginner.

      Thanks for the wonderful suggestion. In my more recent videos I am specifying that info. I believe the springs stay in the back of the pro chair for the entire workout on this video.

    Hi , pls suggest exercises for mid back pain using Pilates chair.
    Is it worth investing in this chair when suffering with mid back pain

      Thanks for the suggestion- I am putting your request on my list. Pilates in particular is great for the back. The articulation, increased mobility of the spine, and strengthening of core and back. And yes you can do wonderful back exercises on the chair.

    It would be great if you could do some other workouts for us beginners on the chair, not beginners to Pilates but on the chair. I am not about to do some of these which are like acrobatics for me. I cannot do any motions with my head upside down. Beginning to think buying this chair was a mistake

      Thanks so much for your comment. You are right- those inverted exercises are not good for beginners. You can find many exercises that will work for you as a beginner on the chair. I will put out another video soon!
