My mother-in-law gave me hers. I finally gave it a chance and I love it. There’s more resistance in those springs than what meets the eye. My thighs are killing me at the moment and I work out everyday. Don’t underestimate it. I almost put it on Craigslist because I thought that it wouldn’t be useful to me. I’m so glad that I didn’t. I need to find those extra bars though. She didn’t have those.
Why can I not find videos of 60, 70 and 80 year old people using a Piltes Pro Chair? There is no way most of us can do the excercises you show. Many of us have disabilities and vestibular problems. Life is not just about younger folks. If anyone has a link please post it. Thanks.

Looks like it has no resistance. Like a rocking chair for your feet. She didn’t become a skeleton swinging her feet around on this
She's very small. This is mostly for core and toning. She's about 5" tall and has always been very petite.
