These drivers are some of the hardest workers you will find on Gods green earth. I’ve received many deliveries from them so I know of what I speak. Mega Kudos to them!!
"you don't never know what they carryin'" This is why YOU carry, regardless of a "company policy". The whole point of concealment is that people don't know.
I used to get 250-300 packages everyday and had to do in rural type areas and still did rescues People that complain about the job never wanted it in the first place (not referring to anything in this video but previous ones I watched from other channels)
@@SidneyTarverhey, I will be starting at DYY9 in Syosset, New York and I have delivered before but they only give out one vest lol. Like how am I supposed to deliver 4 days in one vest ? I sweat a lot and I’m a heavy dude on top of that. I tried to see if I could buy some from Amazon but it says only DSP’s can buy. They up charge like 30$ bucks when a vest is like 11 in the store. I need a link to get these uniforms. You got any to spare or I can buy through you?
Drivers here in st louis area are parking in lane of oncoming traffic to deliver packages. Especially on 2 lane roads. Thats Fing dangerous, and illegal.
You could have 300 packages but it’s usually 150-180 stops so multiple packages go to one door. Yes the shift are ten hours but I have people who finish in 5 hours and people who it takes them 12. All you have to do is keep a steady pace and you will be fine !
i can appreciate an owner getting on the road. but lets see you get on the road with 190 stops 350 packages and a camera watching your every mistake ready to take your performance bonus away for any and everything. amazon is a joke. safety this safety that but its all just for numbers on a screen nothing is actually for the workers.

Amazon DSPs are all shit they overload their trucks and have ridiculous expectations for barely above minimum wage. I went to FedEx Express and i get paid 4$ an hour more while working half as hard with a truck big enough for my route where I can actually walk in as intended and our scanners actually work 😂 You have to know your value and not sell yourself for the lowest bidder.

Amazons routing algorithm is dumb stop 1 and stop 140 could be right next door
😮💨
My
100 and 1 was next to each other . 😂😂
It's like that for a reason. It's all planned into the route by A.I. that's why they expect us to work like robots.
That because next door package is in another bag till at the bottom
